The staff completely lacks any form of empathy or sympathy for anyone and why they may be there in need. They walk away from you while speaking and use the excuse of them having questions to not fill a script. Meanwhile they don't call or even text with the question they will just wait for the customer to come in thinking they are picking up their script only to be told we will text when it's ready and goodbye we are closing for lunch. I've had instances where it's taken them 2 weeks to get a script and during that time they refuse to call other Walgreens locations to try and Help their incompetence. We asked to then change out a dollar but was met with a very condescending remark of "the machine is a dollar fifty"...thanks but I have more change. The machine took more of our money and never worked, the employee was more concerned with their cigarette break than helping customers. We had to go somewhere else, although this is the closest to our home I won't visit this location EVER again!!!
