SCW and I stopped in here on a quick getaway up to Melbourne. We have passed by the Village Beach Market a few times and decided to stop in. I'm glad we did. They have a nice selection of wines that you won't necessarily find in the local bigger stores. They have an impressive variety of good quality grocery items as well. They really use the space they have well. We found some of the usual plant based options here, cheeses, some plant based meat substitutes as well. Nice they have that option for the locals and vacationers staying in the many condos around. I found they generally have higher quality staples and higher end options without too much of a markup. But you will pay beach/vacation like prices. They have a deli with some tasty looking options including protein bowls, grain bowls as well as some made to order sandwiches and pizzas. I didn't try any of those so can't speak to how they are. We did grab an already prepared veggie wrap to go. It was ok, a bit dry. Could have used some more flavor but better than most fast food. The employees were helpful. Seemed friendly and ready to help if you had any questions. The interior was clean. The parking lot is quite cramped and a bit awkward but not terrible. I'd likely stop in again, however this isn't where I'd do day to day shopping for staples.

Convenient for groceries for those in IRS not wanting to cross the bridge. Good selection and lots of healthy and allergy friendly items. Lots of fresh produce too. I discovered the custom salad station today and was very impressed. Will continue to be a customer. Only downside is the prices are high, much higher than same products at Publix, but I suppose you're paying for convenience.

Great market on the island. Has a little bit of everything you could need so you don't need to cross the bridge to go to Publix. Prices are higher. They have a whole menu of food as well. Pictures uploaded here because they don't have them posted anywhere else online.

Half of my Orchid Island Sandwich w/ no tomato! Great price at $8.99 and all the ingredients are fresh & tasty!

Everything tastes old it's soon as you get it home. It's it's rotten. It's old and they charge a fortune for it. Can't recommend it.

Best chicken salad in town, and the friendliest people, too! A must visit when in Vero.

This place is so over priced it's rediculous. We couldn't believe the prices we were seeing. Way too much takes the pleasure out of shopping

What an over priced, poorly run, rip off. Went down hill ,even with renovations, since the owner passed and left it to son

Only the basics as far as selection if you are willing to pay a premium price to not go over the bridge; otherwise Publix is better option

Alimentari Gourmet Market is a nice upscale market in Vero Beach near the ocean. SCW and I have…read moredriven by many times and wondered what it was like. Today we stopped in. They have SCW's small chocolates from Italy which she was excited to see in the states. The store is on the small side but not difficult to get around. They have on the south wall a decent selection of wines and champagnes. Some pretty high quality labels. The middle of the market has things like glasses, cutting boards, some more wines and various other kitchen items. All looked to be of high quality. The north end of the market has a fridge/freezer section and a meat, cheese and deli counter. They have some meals for 2 advertised on the board above but keep in mind they are frozen, which didn't really work for us. But they do have plant based options which is nice. The employees are busy but are happy to help you if you need anything. Overall a good experience but knowing a little about wine, the prices are a bit more than I'd pay for the wines I saw.

They just take a look at their history of being written up by the health department. It's…read moredisgusting. I bought some food there the other day and I asked ahead of time how fresh is it? Oh yeah, we just made it. They always say I got so sick I had to stay home 41/2 days I mean, there's no way I could gone anywhere. I was throwing up and running to the bathroom. It was just awful. I would just be very very very leery of buying anything from there. I called them three times they never would return my call Digit to keep getting written up by the health department just tells you how disgusting they are without even changing their ways and for me to get that sick and lose that many days out of my week is really awful. They have no right being in business selling food so be careful beware my husband threw the food out so I'm able to send you a picture, but it was the clam chowder from the freezer and it was the chicken soup the chicken salad?
