Do you love the beach? Then this place is for you. I got relaxed just by walking in the door. Everything is in calming, comfy shades of ocean, sand, and sky. They have livingroom sets, recliners, bedroom sets, dinettes, and lots of unique wall decor that would make for a favorite gift. I was looking at dinette sets and they had wood tabletops, glass, and white laminate. Probably 40 styles of dinettes. This shop takes up almost an entire strip mall. And I wouldn't have guessed there would be such lovely, beachy furniture inside because the outside is neon orange and green! LOL. Anyhow, I enjoyed looking here and definitely got inspired. *If I could give them no stars, I would. People please beware and use caution when buying expensive furniture from them. We purchased over 8k worth of furniture since moving here and the store associates seemed very helpful when we were looking to buy. But after you pay and get your furnature they don't seem to give a s_hit. -Our last purchase included a Italian couch & love seat and with what we paid for it having it sag on one side and a large gap in the middle of seat when reclining. We don't even sit on it hoping to get someone to look at it-still waiting. -I've been very polite and understanding through this just trying to get it looked at and fixed. I've called and spoke a few store associates and Dennis. I send pictures of the problem, left messages, and took my valuable time and gas to travel back to the store twice in hopes to get this fixed. Oddly, the store associates seem to know what is wrong with it that may or may not be hard to fix. -We have been told numerous times that Dennis was coming 3 different days and never showed up or called us. Dennis also spoke me on the phone and in person-only because I showed up at store and he was there and promise to come over 2 separate times and never did. -So finally, being so upset with him and the store with being lied to, I sent 3 separate text wanting them to please see our side and said "how would he feel if this happened to him"? We requested him to pick up the loveseat for a full refund knowing we were not getting it fixed. He still hasn't gotten back to us. -We are extremely upset and frustrated with him having an important role with this company and treating his customers this way was so unacceptable. read more

Fire the blonde. For the love of God. What an absolute disaster. She is very judgemental. And you know something, she could have made a sale today. Believeit or not blondie, we make way more than you do. But you don't belong in sales. At all. We came in and she just plowed right through us with other customers she was showing around and obviously cared more about and we were really looking hard at a piece. Lady, you had the whole store to decide the path to were looking for but you chose to interrupt our party of 4 to make way for your "more important" customers. Thats fine. We will take our business somewhere else. No time for selective people like that. Wont be back. read more

We purchased a sofa from them and they told us it was leather. It wasn't high quality leather rather a leather blend. It began to crack and I called the store. i spoke to Dennis the mgr. who promised to come by and look at the damage. When he never arrived after a week I emailed photos to him. I never got a response and it's been two months. I also called and left messages both with a person and on a machine asking him to PLEASE return my call. Never heard from them after that. Our sofa is peeling and cracking. For being used by 2 adults it seems unreasonable to me that this would happen. I attempted to determine the warranty on this piece but was unsuccessful and had to replace this sectional. read more

I have been in this store a few times. The people always seemed very nice. That was until today. I went there earlier with my husband and found a sectional, a coffee table and End tables we liked. We were hungry and had to get our groceries home so we left. I returned later to purchase over $3500 worth of furniture. I was fully prepared to pay CASH and take my items with me. Since I suppose their furniture movers all left for the day there was only the lady Mary and the store manager. The store manager won't sell me the items as though my money wasn't good enough to take the floor model sectional couch home with me that day. He completely under estimated my ability and my daughter.... (I can lift more than some men I know including my son and so can my daughter) he didn't want to do the work it would take to get the couch loaded. Even after I explain that today was my only option he rolled his eyes at me and said OH COME ON YOUVE GOT TO HAVE A FREE DAY. .... well I don't I'm an over the road truck driver with my husband and I had until Monday only. (Today is Thursday) I had prior engagements for both of the other days he suggested. He actually made me feel like Julia Robert's in pretty woman where my money wasn't good enough. That's perfectly fine now. As I will make sure ALL my followers understand that this is NOT a place you want to do business with unless you like being treated as a person that is below dirt. I left pretty upset and pissed. I will not buy a darn thing from here EVER again. I seriously hope the people who own this facility know what they have working in their stores. I purchased an outdoor sectional sofa and 2 Adirondack chairs (made by Fish Tales) from this store in December of 2012. About a month after receiving the chairs, I sat in one and the wooden slat broke in half (I weigh 118 lbs.). I called the store and spoke to Dennis (owner? manager?) and he assured me he would replace the chair. After many calls since, none of my calls have been returned and I still don't have a replacement chair. They have nice furniture, but absolutely no customer service. Carol A. read more

BUYERS BEWARE! I spent over $6,000 in this store which included a large entertainment center, a sofa, two accent chairs, coffee table and 2 end tables. The furniture is OK, but customer service is poor. The installers didn't finish putting together the entertainment center and had to come out a 2nd time to finish the job. They scratched off paint 3 times with their screw driver. On the 2nd delivery of furniture the protective knob came off the sofa and when they pushed the sofa against the wall, and it left two large 12" gouges in my hickory hardwood flooring. I also discovered two flaws (that appears someone tried to touch up with paint)on the top surface of one of the end tables. They sent someone out to assess my damaged furniture but stated he didn't have the right stuff to repair the paint and would come back the following Monday. He didn't show, nor bother to call. I was rescheduled again for the 3rd time for this AM, but as of 11:30am, no word from him nor the store. I have been stood up now for the 3rd time. I have been in touch with the manager Dennis, but he does not seem to care that his employees damaged my belongings. read more
