    The buying process in the showroom started off great. The gentleman who helped us was welcoming,…read morepatient, and made picking out our new couch an easy experience. Unfortunately, everything after the purchase was the complete opposite. About a week later, I received a call offering to schedule delivery -- even though I hadn't purchased delivery. I was told the earliest they could bring it was the next day, and I agreed. I stayed home all day waiting. They said I would receive a call or text 30 minutes before arrival, but I never got one. I reached out to the same number that had texted me about delivery, and at first I was told I wasn't on the truck at all. After I explained that I had spoken to someone the day before who scheduled me for that day, the person suddenly changed their answer and said I was on the truck after all. Then I received a call from a woman named Amanda, who claimed to be the office manager. Her attitude was unprofessional from the start. When I asked to speak with someone else or contact the owner, she refused to provide a phone number, email, or any way to reach him -- making it seem "secretive" and that there was no way for me to leave a message. I found that extremely concerning for any business. Instead of helping resolve the confusion created by their own staff, Amanda became increasingly rude and told me I would have to pay the delivery fee or pick it up myself. I had no issue picking it up originally, but I accepted delivery only because they offered it to me multiple times -- by phone, voicemail, and text. I was simply trying to follow the arrangements they themselves made. After hanging up, I called the other store location to speak with Jason. I initially spoke with a front desk employee, but in the middle of the conversation, the call was switched back to Amanda without warning, as if they were trying to be sneaky. She raised her voice and insisted it was "her phone," even though I had called the store line directly. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly dishonest. The only positive part of this purchase was the salesperson in the showroom. Because of the behavior and attitude of the office staff -- especially Amanda -- I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. I hope the couch itself holds up better than the customer service did. The owner Jason should probably be more involved. Still no call back.

    Liars. They'll say anything to get a sale. Taxes not disclosed and other additions added on without…read morementions. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
