I mean, it counted right (because I double-checked prior to insertion) but it just was so slowwwwwww. I liked that this was a contactless ATM - I had my Apple Watch and had never used it to use these ATMs, but this part made things super simple to start the transaction off right.

They have someone at the front desk to tries to greet you if he or she is not already helping someone. They always have enough tellers available so that even if there is a line, it moves quickly. When Tabitha did arrive 30 minutes into my adventure- she said she knew what to do - I had been in the pervious week - it was not as entertaining as this incident . I don't know do you think this is worthy of any stars? In a nut shell there where plenty of employees on staff to assist- Nobody cared that I was there for 30 minutes. Instead, Jim and his crew have made it their mission to assist the region. Do your research and you will find that these loans give little profit to the bank and come with tons of work (probably why your big boy banks are refusing to help you) My recommendation to you is to switch all of your business to Rhinebeck Bank. Called twice and was given the incorrect information only to be told there were unknown late fees on my account that I was not notified of. They added those supposed unpaid late fees on an auto pay account according to them at the end of the loan which is unheard of. Matt you should reconsider why you work in customer service because it is not your calling. You are rude, condescending and nasty. It is no wonder why there are so many negative and poor reviews for this bank and don't think I haven't reported it to the better business bureau and consumer affairs. Despicable.
