I own a heavy duty steam cleaner (the kind people rent from Lowes) and nothing would budge these stains except for Steve's equipment (and elbow grease)! He spent three hours on my two sofas- and barely charged me. His rates were exceptionally reasonable. This is someone who stand behind his work and knows what approach to take so as to have it be effective and safe for your fabrics. It took over a month for them to clean it, and when they returned the rug it wasn't even my rug!!! They gave me a random rug I've never seen before, and it wasn't even the same size or color!!! They took back that rug and said they will look for my rug. I gave them a month to look for it. I kept checking in, and they told me I never gave them my rug and that I gave them this random rug I've never even seen before!
