I do NOT want toxic materials and cleaning products applied where my family lives, eats, and sleeps. I called HV Chemdry and contrary to the title of the company, they do NOT use an array of chemicals to clean rugs and upholstery. This is not a "steam-clean" company either. Tom (the owner) uses a series of enzymatic sprays and oxidization to truly clean our (very hard-to-clean) wool, Berber carpets and rugs. These types of rugs are unforgiving and after Tom is through, the place is a few shades brighter and colors more vivid. And the carpets are DRY within hours. There is one stain that still rears it's ugly head no matter how many people have tried to conquer it. And yes I've had several other ((well known)) companies try to rid my carpet of this stain. I guess you could say I end up calling Tom back because he CARES. His products are safe, he is diligent, respectful, and he gets the job done right the first time!! (I'm still remembering the mess Tom had to clean up AFTER another company left my stairs SOAKING wet with a massive soap spill. Our community should have more business owners like Tom.

When we came back he was almost done. We had area rugs on the top of the wall to wall carpeting. You could clearly see where the rugs were. Not terribly stained. We would spot clean those areas on a regular basis. When he was done. You would think it was new carpeting! It was that clean. Even though we had special casters underneath the legs of the furniture; you could still see a faint impression. But, that's to be expected. At the time of this review he has a special 2 rooms for $89. + tax. A good deal. I would highly recommend his carpet cleaning. He also does upholstery, wood and tile.

We needed my Wife's company patch sewn onto her camera bag from the Wandrd Bag company. Jimmy offered to hold the bag and patch for the tailor's arrival the next day to confirm whether or not it could be done and quoted us $15. He advised we call the next day to confirm that the bag was accepted by the tailor. When we called, Jimmy let us know that the tailor had accepted the bag and it was on schedule for pick up in 5 days. Upon pickup we were quite excited to see the finished product and happy to report that the patch was securely sewn to the bag. The stitching wasn't perfect but we understood that the bag was hard to sew with a regular sewing machine, so no biggie, it had been glued on previously. Happy with the service, my Wife decided to also get her larger backpack style camera bag decked out with its own logo patch. Would I recommend Bridgeview Cleaners? Absolutely. Firstly, Mr Lee is the nicest most pleasant person you could ever hope to meet. The clothes always look great, ready when he says they'll be and NO SMELL. There is plenty of parking and his prices are competitive. The dry cleaning is perfect.
