Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house!

Do not use this company. I paid to block the birds from my porch. I am chronically ill and the poop…read moreis toxic. The job was supposed to take one day but his ladder wasn't tall enough & ground wet so he came back to finish. After that he said if the birds come back, call him and he'll fix it. Attached is a list of times he was a no call/no show until I reached out to him. I was very patient. Him & his secretary started lying about different aspects of the situation and then stopped replying to me all-together. I said I just wanted it fixed since $580 is a huge amount of money for me but the solutions up until then didn't work so I gave in to paying to get it fixed. None of his excuses make sense - he even said I need an exterminator which is irrelevant. He said he didn't show because it was raining but that only accounted for a few of the times, not the entire list shown below. Then he said he didn't work on holidays after he told me he would come on Columbus day & that the holiday was not a problem; that morning he said he forgot he had to watch his kids and he would be here in the afternoon - of course, he never showed up. This is a property services company that doesn't keep its word, doesn't care about finishing the job they started and has absolutely horrible customer service. No empathy for the disabled. I just wanted the job done so I said I didn't want to have to contact BBB/ leave a yelp review - I gave him notice so it could be resolved amicably - instead he said if I threatened him, he would not come back. In no way is alerting him a threat! It was an olive branch. Him and his secretary kept saying they would schedule time to come out and never did. Despicable people. He also said he would drop off the invoice copy to my home and never did. I have a photo but he did not do all the work originally listed so the $780 isn't correct but also NOT not a discount. Now I need to pay someone else to fix it. During recovery from 3 major neuro surgeries, this stress/deception is the last thing I need. Stay far away from them.

Several years ago we needed to replace some glass panels in our then 20+ year old Four Season's brand sunroom. We purchased the glass from the local franchise and Jason was contracted by them to do the install. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. When he was done with installing 10 glass panels, you'd never know he was here. Cleaned up, and away he went. Couldn't be happier with his work. Fast forward about seven years to May 2018, we started having issues with our sunroom again. We had the franchise guy out to take a look to see what needed to be done. Turns out all the sunroom hardware and structure was fine, it seemed the 34+ year old deck support structure below the sunroom might be the issue. I called Jason to come check it out.
