I got to a point where I gave up depending on him to do the job efficiently in a timely manner so I had to do things on my own. He really seemed to have a lack of knowledge that was needed to sell my home as far as I was concerned. Two contract dates expired during this time without any explanation to me as the homeowner as to what the next steps would be. Weeks would pass without any communication. Basically I sold my home. He does promote himself as being the best in the business which I unfortunately found to be untrue. He will in many ways tell you how "awesome" his abilities are and I find that an odd occurrence.
