That's my opinion of the organization overall but I will base this review on this particular branch. I visited today with my daughter because she's been sailing coins for months & it was finally time to make that big deposit. Now I've been down this road before, usually when you want to deposit a large amount of coins the banks will tell you they have to be all rolled up first then send you home to start the tedious task but not today. I was pleasantly surprised when the teller gave us wrappers, sorting machines & a little coin holder that allows you to slide the rolls into the paper very easily. Then.... get this.... she points us to a lounge in the back with tables, chairs, a TV, tea & coffee where we can sit and get down to business!!! How about that!?!? Every time I interact with Navy Federal they surprise me in a great way every time! The staff was so pleasant and friendly. Another teller even came over during our rolling time & complemented my daughter on her saving habits! It really made her feel good.

    I have had an absolutely horrible experience with The Sigg Team. I rented an office space from them…read morewhich they did not clean prior to my taking over the lease which included a completely stained carpet. I asked several times for the carpet to be cleaned and when they finally got around to having the carpet cleaned the cleaning service ruined the carpet. I was out of the office for two weeks while they replaced the carpet and had to send Chris Sigg several emails asking for my rent to be prorated because I was unable to use my office for two weeks out of the month before receiving any sort of response. Next, I emailed Chris Sigg to inform him that I would not be resigning the lease to which I received no response. I sent a follow up email to ensure that he received my first email to which he actually replied. A final walk through was not completed and I was informed that there was a "stain" on the carpet and a cleaning fee would be deducted from my security deposit. I sent several emails asking for more pictures of this alleged stain, where it was in the office, and if I could come back and see it myself to which I received no responses. When Chris Sigg finally replied he said that the cleaning had already taken place. Last but not least, after countless emails and phone calls to both Chris and Fiona Sigg, I finally received by security deposit back almost two months later. In the state of Connecticut, a landlord has up to 30 days to send a security deposit back to the tenant with interest. I received my security deposit back with the deducted cleaning fee and no interest included. I finally received my security deposit back which did not include the cleaning service fee receipt I had been asking for. I just got off the phone with Fiona Sigg explaining again that I wanted the cleaning fee receipt to verify how much had been deducted from my security deposit to which she responded that she "does not know where it is," "does not have time for this" because she has "two jobs" and proceeded to hang up on me. I have been treated so poorly by Chris and Fiona Sigg from the time I signed my one year lease until two months after my lease ended. I am a young woman running a small business and have felt for the past year that they have mistaken my being young for being naive and tried to take advantage. I cannot help but think that if I was a middle aged business man that they would have treated me very differently.
