Our agent/owner Linda Ficarra stop all communication with us for the last 8 weeks of the sale process. We almost lost the sale of our home several times. When the going got tough from the appraisers and banks Linda Ficarra got lost. We had to reach out to our Real Estate Attorney for answers and pay her more money. So, unless you have connections with the banks and want to pay your attorney more and your okay with shelling out commission to an agency that didn't earn it, then maybe you should use them, but i think NOT!!! Then mansplained by saying I didn't know my house after living there 8 years with my family. Became belligerent. Refused to give the contractor's last name until I asked 5-6 times. It has been the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with an agent, and I have bought and sold multiple residences in the US and overseas since 1982.
