Every Cornerstone employee I have interacted with has been friendly and knowledgeable - sales, install, and tech support. Cornerstone shut off the phones, but continued to bill his estate for months. Then they shut down our home phone line due to the account not being paid. I called to resolve the issue, and Ed told me, verbatim and in a snarky tone, "I can absolutely shut off your home phones!" He then insisted that we personally pay my deceased father's business line debts before we got our home phone line back. He was incredibly rude, had no interest in discussing options with a family in crisis, and to top it off, he put me on hold for an extended period of time to have a personal conversation with a girl in his office. I know this because I heard him begin the conversation before putting me on hold. I later found out we were being double billed for our internet, once from Time Warner and again from Cornerstone. I immediately switched my phones to Verizon. I suggest you stay far away from Cornerstone. I've never had less pleasant customer service experience, and I feel robbed by this corrupt company.
