First I need to I don't know why this has me listed as San Francisco, CA but I live in Albany, NY. My son woke up Saturday morning and his computer wouldn't turn on. I called and Zach was willing to see us right away. When I was on my way there I had an accident and fell down a flight of stairs, so needless to say I wasn't in a position to go meet Zach. He was wonderful and told me not to worry about it that he would be there for us when we were ready. He WAS!!! We called on a Sunday and he met my husband and was able to repair my son's computer in about 4 hours. He was kind and didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge regarding computer repair. His rates were very reasonable and I would highly recommend Eyemax for anyone experiencing computer problems. We woke up to find our laptops covered in water after unexpected leaking from our apartment ceiling (nightmare!) and I feel so lucky that Zach picked up my call. Very few other services will work with extensive water damage, but he does. He gave me good advice over the phone and also took care of our laptops through the weekend. He did everything he possibly could towards data recovery and to get them running, and was in communication with us the whole time. Thankful for all his knowledge, help and advice! I found myself a victim of cyber scam. I contacted Zach and the same day he cleaned my PC. He explained how these things happen and that the criminals are getting better at it all the time. He suggested a spyware company to install on my computer for further protection. Excellent service. read more

They were very understanding and attentive since my drop off. They went above and beyond in my perspective in getting my computer working again. Worst service I have ever received! I am a college student and told my laptop would be fixed same day for a 300 flat rate I go to pick up same day only to realize everything being capitalized even without the button on. The owner says come back tomorrow I text the next day for an update (5pm) and only got still not working so I let it be for the day. I text again the next day after that and only get I'm not in office. I text hours later and get cursed out by the owner saying he has other stuff to do I'm not his only client but I was only asking because I was getting no proper update and it has now been days since I first brung it in. Do not support this business they will try to scam you and are very rude ! read more

When talking about the laptop we never use because we hated the Windows 8 he gave us a reasonable price to update and to add office. He had it ready the following day.
