The transmission messed up 2 days after buying the car, it took them 3 weeks to get the car back to me, (in the meantime i purchased a second car to get to work) and after paying half of the rebuild because they don't stand behind their vehicles I added another grand to my loan. Not to mention when they gave me back the car MY HOOD LATCH WAS BROKEN! NO SURPRISE. This was January I believe* by March (hadn't owned the car 3 months!) the motor gave out at 135k and of course without a warranty the cost AGAIN was out of my pocket. All in all, the car was costing me 9k for a 2002 Civic so after 2 years I gave them back the car and said f*** that shit and f*** their company. The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. I did have to use interior wipes to clean up areas that were missed and it didn't seem like a thin attachment on the vacuum was used to get into the tighter spaces at all. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.
