I couldn't be happier. Long story short, I had an issue with my Undercover tonneau cover that I…read morepurchased four years ago in another state. I called around to various other Undercover dealers in the area, only to get blown off and told the repair is not something they can do. I called Truck Stuff and their receptionist was very nice, and offered to let me talk to their installer. The installer, who was on his way out the door for vacation, stayed long enough for me to take my truck down so he could have a look. Not only did he fix the issue without any backside support or parts from Undercover, but when I asked him how much I owed him, he said "whatever you feel it's worth." Needless to say, I paid him well. You don't get service like this anymore; Truck Stuff earned a repeat customer here, and I won't soon forget it.

As he was leaving the Manager yelled embarrassing loud as he was leaving. Once he got in the parking lot a customer approached him and said. "Hey the manager said you stole that" Clearly my friend instantly returned back into the store with the receipt in hand and asked for a refund to which the cashier replied. "It's not really that big of a deal." Maybe to him it wasn't. Maybe because he was not only black man in the store, the only one accused of stealing. My friend rebuilt his Monte Carlo with parts purchased from Advance: Car enthusiasts tend to stick to the stores they know.
