As everyone else has said, customer service was great, however, I was promised no more weeds and bushes trimmed but instead for 200$ they come in mow down the weeds that eventually took over and killed the grass and blew out the bushes which left a bunch of mulch on the sidewalks and street. We paid way too much money and at the end the grass looked worse than before. Luckily we are Moving but it took weeks to get the lawn looking good enough to sell. read more

My mother and law used them for years and then cancelled because they have missed multiple cuts throughout the year. 52 weeks in a year and they cut her yard 22 times. It should have been 36 minimum during the mowing season. Mike the owner said she still owed for two extra months of service for months that they weren't even mowing her lawn. He said they had a "verbal contract". They are just taking advantage of an elderly woman. Do not use Huffy's. Way better options out there. read more

Good work by good folks. Highly recommend. Their response was quick and they had my issues fixed next day at reasonable cost.

We won't use Huffy's again. They quoted to build a gazebo from plans I purchased. The gazebo came out good, but the communication and surprises on the project were awful. Huffy told me he would start in early December. The project began three months later and took weeks longer than planned. When the project was complete, Huffy told us he wanted $800 more because he said they had to get more materials because the plans were wrong. The carpenter told me he added more wood than the plans called for. That drove the extra cost. As I said, the communications were awful, about project start, about what days they would work, and especially the surprise of the $800 cost overrun when Huffy told me a few weeks earlier the project final payment would be as originally agreed. read more

Huffy's has been doing my yard for about a year. They are very nice and cordial. Now if you just want your yard mowed quickly they are perfect for you. That's not the case for us we were promised no more weeds in our grass bushes trimmed and the over growth of our landscaping to be kept under control which was not done. Along with that I felt when I talked to them about these issues they were very nice but didn't take me serious because I'm a women. The reason I feel that is I would tell them something and it would only get taken care when my husband would contact them about it which I found very frustrating. read more

This review is based solely on customer support I called this place and I can't remember the name of the gentleman who picked up, but he was really nice and I needed an emergency lawn Care. He explained to me how they worked and what area is that they usually covered. Unfortunately they weren't doing areas near me today. It was really last minute on my part but he explained that he would accommodate and come over there to do the job for a small extra fee for gas. I was really appreciative of this and thought it was a really good look for the company. We spoke for a while and he explained to me where they were cutting right now and what they would be doing the following days, it turned out one of the days would have been good for me but I wasn't willing to wait that long. At that point it simply wasn't going to work out and I love that he was honest about it and said that he hated turning down business but the best options he had was the day that worked for me or paying the gas fee. He was straightforward and honest and polite. He didn't waste my time and for that they definitely get a good rating for customer service from me. read more

If you just want your lawn cut and mulched, use these guys. I use them every 2 weeks and they have never missed a beat. They wont detail it to the level of yanking an odd weed or 2, so stay on your lawn yourself that way, but they turn a 3 hour job for me into a 20 minute job for them. read more

When we thought our lawn was hopeless my husband found Huffy's Lawn Care. This lawn care team is superior to all. They set the bar so high other lawn care companies have to strap on jet packs to come up to their high standards. They still are only pretenders compared to the professionals at HUFFY'S LAWN CARE. My husband is a perfectionist, who likes things just so and that is what he gets with HUFFY'S. I like to know that my yard is the nicest in the neighborhood. I think my husband did good for me. I can stop my awh-honey, now that he has such magnificent, marvelous and maintenance gifted guys working all over our yard and taking care the house. They are absolutely limitless in their abilities and scope of services. I will never let them leave my employ now that I have found them. You notice, I said I found them.
