A salesperson (Joe) felt it wasn't necessary to come out to my place of business to get a better idea of what I wanted for an outdoor sign, even though their business is only 3 city blocks away from mine!!! I asked to speak to the owner, and Joe stated she would call me. After 24 hours, I did not hear from her (Karen), so I had to call again. Karen agreed with Joe in that coming out to my sight was not necessary. I then called Fast Signs instead, and they had no problem sending someone out. Fast Sign's prices are better also!
