When I brought the car in they told me they would not honor the sale, even though it was still posted on their website. I ended up still getting the car tinted there because I already waited a few weeks for the appointment. It was a mediocre job, I ended up having to bring the car back a few weeks later because of a bunch of air bubbles that never went away and streaks between the tint and the glass.

As a professional business, they need to work on their communication skills and clarity. After going back and forth with the price when the job was done, I was rudely told to "go to Philly" to get my tint. This isn't indicative of quality customer service at all. If there was a more professional appointment system in place, then I would've received an e-mail with a price in black and white instead of playing the bait-and-switch game.
