Every time I place an order for work to be done at the print shop it's not done on time. Too few employees. Everyone is stressed. Shame on Staples for allowing this to happen. I don't have a choice but to take my business someplace else. Just too frustrating. read more

I ordered notary stamp March 6th and was told that I will received it in 10 working days and today is 25th working days and still WAITING and whenever I called to asked for update and they don't see it, automatic response was it was already picked up, and whoever took my order, took all my information didn't do it right or something. read more

Still my #1 to go to office store! Kolby, Devearux, and Will are superb! On this adventure the item that I need showed that they had 15 in the store, but 30 somewhere else. Well, the dynamic manager, Kolby, had Will go check the the stock in the warehouse section that had just come in. You guessed it! There was the rest of what I needed; all 30 of them! Everything that I need for my national presentation was complete! Kolby could have said, "We are out of stock." Will could have said, "I am on break." They didn't! They upheld their customer service and did all that they could, and I appreciated every thing! read more

I'm very impressed. I ordered a poster on poster board that I thought was going to be thick, like a board. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was a sturdy but flimsy material. I automatically assumed it was Staple's fault and immediately called customer service. Come to find out, the product I ordered was the product I received....so it was my error. They could have just said it was on me since it wasn't their fault, BUT they gave me a full refund without hesitation AND guided me to where I could find foam board on their website--which is what I was looking for in the first place. He didn't have to do either things for me, so I'm am highly impressed. I will definitely recommend and keep coming back to staples because of this. Thank you! read more

I was in a catastrophic bind--the future of America was at stake. Or maybe it was the youth of America. Well, something important-sounding. My college students were graduating today, and the gift I'd planned for them needed to be printed at Staples. (Look, it's the thought that counts.) I'd sent the job (one copy of a 20-page color document) to a Staples near my home in Pennsylvania. But 8 hours after I'd sent it, they still hadn't gotten to it, and I needed to be in Wilmington for graduation. So, with a heavy heart, I canceled the project and drove to Wilmington empty-handed. Then I remembered this Staples in a strip mall on 202-S. I pulled in, dashed to the Copy Center, and asked if it was possible for them to print out my document. Eric Jones, the manager, took my flash drive and immediately printed out the job within 10 minutes of my arrival. He was polite and professional, and did not give me a weird look even though the document was full of photographs of slugs and snails. (If you need an explanation, um, it's an art school.) Folks whatever you do do not risk your iPhone repair to staples. They advertise a low price for the screen repair and after they break you phone you are then told they need to send it away to get fixed. The advertised cost for the repair on an iPhone 6 + s was $109. They tech took the phone apart and then told me he could not repair an s and it had to be sent away and that would be $429. The phone has s written on the back of it so why wouldn't you look at that first before ripping the phone apart. My phone didn't work after they took it apart so my effort to save a few bucks and get a quick repair cost me much more. read more

Brought in an iPad Air to have the cracked screen repaired. I was told it would take 3-5 business days and cost 139.99, and that they would ship it out. After not hearing from Staples for about 7 business days, I go in to see if the iPad has been repaired. They find it, unbox it and the touch screen doesn't work in certain areas - so back it goes to the repair company. Another week later, I get a call from Staples, and it was fixed quite nicely. The reason for the 2 stars are... first, both times I went into the store, it took a while to get attention from the staff, who seemed more obsessed with something besides customer service and the amount of time it took to get the iPad repaired. read more

Normally I'm not a fan of chains and big box marts, but their print staffperson, Sarah, was super helpful and got me all sorted with my printing needs. My laminated signage has never looked crisper, and it was very reasonably priced! Then in the checkout they opened more lanes very quickly to accommodate a bunch of shoppers who came to the registers at once, showing good flexibility. read more

Great local option for all of your office supply, shipping, printing and technology needs. The store is well stocked and staffed with folks who are eager to help you with whatever you may need. I provided a 4 rating as sometimes the technology team is a bit too eager to upswell warrantees on their tech products which can frankly get very annoying. This Staples store has gotten worse over time. I made a simple purchase and should have been done within minutes, but it took the cashier three tries and two calls for a supervisor to get it right. Browsing around the store, I noticed that electronics and computer peripherals are way overpriced. Even Staples' own online store is a lot cheaper on many items. And finally, their demo computers all have some kind of setup error or other on the screen, which is another red flag. If they don't care enough to get the little details right, to get the training done, and to offer competitive prices, should one really shop here? read more

Staff have been friendly at this location and its next to Brew Ha Ha so I can get a caffeine fix on the way out. I like good pens and they have a good variety to choose from. Went to get copies and only 2 machines out of 4 working , line was 4 deep and the associates didn't even want to make eye contact. What a joke , their trying to make themselves a big shipping store now so they disregard what brought people in before. Sad part is I was going to buy a case of paper and other office supplies. Easier to order on amazon and have it shipped by Prime. read more
