Today regular gasoline was $114.9 per liter when the rest of the gas stations in Spruce Grove were mostly $125.9 per liter. Consistently this place has excellent prices though I recommend checking the sign before entering. Tempo has propane which is good. Co-op in Stony is more convenient for me for propane but nice to have an alternative. Forgot to check pricing on propane as I tend to not worry about it unless I'm camping This location is not so great if you're pulling an RV trailer. Mine is 22 feet and, though I can make it work when they're not busy, it's not ideal. They're often out of water at the squeegee stand. This makes the squeegees useless for washing windows. The parking lot and pump area is a bit of a cluster and could be better organized. Better signage and barriers to encourage traffic in one direction would make a huge difference in efficiency. (Always that one idiot stick who has to turn around and come back against the flow of traffic.)

A young…read moreshorter blonde girl who I have seen a working at this location was off shift at the till purchasing some energy drinks and my friend and her 6 year old daughter and 8year old nephew were standing behind in line when the girl said to her Co workers "I'm going to be a c*** today". Then as we were purchasing our stuff she started loudly swearing we said excuse me there are children right here to which she ignored. Her coworkers tried to get her not to swear and pointed out there was children to which she responded " do you want me to f***ING beat you with the basket". I'm disgusted, just because you are off shift does not mean you get to act unprofessional and verbally threaten your coworkers with physical violence. This employee is a terrible representative for the store, I feel for the coworkers trying to maintain composure in such an awkward situation.

I decided to try it, even though my usual gas station of choice would be Shell. I like how they have new pumps which are entirely blue. It is a nice change from the usual red or black color you see at other gas stations. There are 12 pumps, so a lot of people can be accomodated. I was also impressed that their car wash was also open 24 hours. Few car washes in the city are open for this period of time, granted the temperatures are reasonable. What I was most impressed with was their drive-thru Tim Horton's...also open 24 hours! Sure you can go to the one across the street, but it's very convenient since you're already there. I realize this location will not stay 'new' forever, however there are a lot of convenient services located at one location, making it one of the best Esso's I have been to in the city.

Who doesn't love a Costco Gas station? This one is conveniently located right beside my house, so…read moreit's obviously my favourite one ;) What I love best about it is that even though it's right off the highway, the line ups are never insane like the south side location. Even if you do have to line up, you're usually no more than 3rd in the line. If you're not familiar with the joy that is the Costco Gas Station, there are some rules you MUST follow. First of all, there is only one direction. You can't come in the exit and pull up to a pump.... we all come in from the same way. Also, they have extra long hoses, so if you need to pull up to the wrong pump (on the wrong side of your vehicle) it will definitely stretch far enough and NOT have to pull across the roof of your car and scratch it. And finally, don't pop your hood and try to check your oil. Oh and don't try to wash your windows. This is not a service station, it's a gas station. End of story.
