The insurance company told me it was totaled but J&J felt confident they could find cheaper parts to ensure I could still drive it. The guy called all around town and found used parts, saving my vehicle. The next day he had an opening and I dropped it off. Two days later it's completely fixed and looks brand new. They went the extra mile and fixed a spot of rust on the back of my car as well. I'm completely impressed by the quality of their service.
