We were looking online and found a used Nissan Pathfinder we wanted to look at we arranged to go…read morelook at it we were told it passed inspection and was a great vehicle soon as we went to test drive it there was major issues with the way it shifted so went straight back salesman verified something was very wrong so looked at other vehicles they had a 2019 Equinox took for a test drive and it appeared to be fine we ended up purchasing this vehicle they said it passed inspection. First night we had it the next morning there was oil in the driveway also took on a drive to Saginaw which was our furthest drive with it and noticed after a longer drive that the engine would slightly rev before shifting which did not happen during our shorter test drive we contacted the sales person and they are not willing to do anything even though just purchased 2 days prior I took to a garage to get it checked they raised vehicle up and had me take pictures underneath of all the wetness they told me where the oil and transmission fluid is leaking from and gave me a written receipt of the issues and stated that there is no way that they could not have known because this is something that has been leaking for a while not just something that started the day we bought it and the shifting issue could be because of the leak as it is losing trans fluid We have tried to see if they are willing to help make this right but the salesman told my girlfriend its sold as is. This does not look good on them they say they are a good honest company but it does not appear that they care at all about their customers just making a sale, As well as posting on here to let people know we are also going to make sure to post on all social media pages that we are on and also let friends and family know by word of mouth to make it known so people don't make the mistake of going here as we do not want people to have to go through the same situation as well as contacting the better business bureau and giving them the photos from under the vehicle and the written paperwork from the other shop that checked it out it is a shame because we like the vehicle but want it to be a good family car for us but they just dont care to help.

Secondly - when replacing my hood - it did not fit right - and still does not line up correctly - strike 2 Third - I had NO RUST on my vehicle until AFTER they stripped and painted my rear quarter panels - now - I have rust popping out EVERYWHERE - and of course - they hide behind a statement that they do not warranty against rust - ok - that's fine - but when YOU CAUSED IT - now we have a problem. And they refuse to fix it and make it right! I'm sure these guys can do good work when they want to - but my experience is NOT GOOD - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Communication was excellent throughout the day. When I saw my car, it looked absolutely beautiful, and I immediately felt a weight release off of me.
