Very professional over the phone and long story short my wife was picking us up and asked us if anybody in the family would have a spare key and my mother ended up having one. She brought it with her so we broke the news that Phil. He was very nice. We offered to to give him a little money for his services because he was on the phone with us a good 15-20 minutes making sure he had the right information so he could cut us a key on the spot. Marty asked me a lot of questions and was short with some of my answers. He eventually said that he could make a key and fob. His prices were very reasonable. I called him later that same day and asked if we could set up an appointment for Friday. He said to call him around 8:30 Friday morning and he would "probably tell me to come in." I called around 8:40 Friday morning and he seemed to have zero recollection of any of our prior conversation. He said that he had a hectic week and was running very behind that morning. He said he just took a commercial call and would need to be somewhere at 10. I told him where I was from and he said it would take about 30 minutes to get to him and he would put me down for 9:15. He said the job would take about 10 minutes for me and he would need travel time to get to his next job. I left my house immediately after hanging up with him. I arrived at his "business" at 9:17 and he was nowhere to be found. The door was locked. I called his number and got a message saying that he could not answer his phone now and there was no voice mail. I sat in my car for a little over 5 minutes and waited to see if he would show up. He never did. I assumed he bailed on me to go to his supposed commercial job. I texted him later expressing that his actions were very unprofessional. He came back at me saying it he is busy and he is taking care of his family. Family means more than money to him. He said that I did not call him and that it was on me. WHAT?!?
