Not a lot of locksmith in the White Cloud area and the ones I call couldn't help me with my situation. I had one key for my 2009 ford explorer. It was not attached to a keychain and I ended up dropping in the snow. I did not know where I dropped it. I searched for 4 hours and decided to call a locksmith. Phil was willing to drive down to White Cloud from cadillac to make a key. Yes I paid for the 70 mile trip but he was so kind and went right to work he made the ignition key and a door key just in case. I had a bad battery on top of all of this and he jumped my car and made sure I was all set to go before he wrote up the bill. You just don't find people and service like this anymore. Phil is a rock star! I was out in the middle of woods when I happened on this gentleman in huge need. He had lost his only key to his pickup. Parked in the middle of trail no less. After looking for the key ourselves for a hour plus. We talked tow truck or locksmith. Locksmith was his only option. So he called Phil, he listened to his dilemma ..
