He came back, removed the damaged drywall, and then left our walls and ceiling open and unfinished. He also damaged the paint on the wall behind the vanity, leaving us with even more repair work. After that, he ghosted us for several days, repeatedly saying he would come back and then not showing up. He finally contacted us again and said he would come today, but while supposedly on his way, suddenly said "his mom fell and he had to take her to the doctor." I called him and when I asked him for his contractor license number, he could not provide one and told me he is unlicensed and considers himself a handyman. My communication with him ended when I asked him to simply assure me that he was going to make this right. He hung up on me and then blocked me. We gave him multiple chances to fix the damage and were willing to work with him. Instead, we were left with open walls, an unfinished ceiling, damaged paint, and the cost of hiring someone else to repair everything. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I would never recommend hiring him.
