Worked on my car. Said they would do x,y, and z. Had to pay extra to remove the windshield by some guys that obviously had no clue how to remove a windshield. When i got the car back, the windshield had not been seated properly with caulk (!) nor had the seal been put on right. Was driving down the highway and the rubber molding came flying off. Was lucky the windshield stayed in place at all. They also worked on the car with the windshield off so there was debris all over the inside of the car. They didn't bother to cover the interior. Was also told to come back the following week to have the car polished and to have a part of the body pulled back into alignment that they neglected to do originally. Called back and the guy said he was somewhere like Eastern Europe with his family. I asked when he would be back because he didn't mention this trip. He wouldn't say and didn't seem to care since he already got paid. The main reason I came here was to have the roof fixed with a rust spot. That wasn't done properly at all. The paint is now coming up and i i have to pay to have it done again. But I wouldn't waste my time going back even if it was free. Guy talks a good game but don't waste your time. UPDATE: the response by the business owner is either purposely misleading or he is confusing me with someone else. I have never asked for money back. Wouldn't meet with him to get money back. And a reply to a comment isn't the way to refute a review. There are no screenshots from me. Which must mean he has issues with other customers. Just left this review so that others know what they're getting into when getting work done here. And the reply to my review tells you everything. read more

After having been in a wreck and receiving $2,400 from the other persons insurance company, I decided to drive to OSB body shop, after reading all of the 5 star reviews. They didn't disappoint. Besides a complete paint job, Noah arranged to have the front seats reupholstered, a new exhaust system installed, fixing the front frame, fixing the sliding passenger door and replacing all of the carpet in the Odyssey. Noah's attention to detail is amazing. He keeps in contact both with pictures and by phone, so any questions can be answered. When I picked up the Odyssey, it was a new car. The paint job is amazing. I haven't decided whether an Accord that can use a paint job. If I have it done, Noah will be the one doing it! read more

WAY SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS. This review is for the second time I took the Vette to OBS. It was in an accident just after I brought it back from OBS. The first time they had done an amazing paint job with some body work. This time there was quite a lot of damage after my back end was completely smushed. Brought it back to OBS right away and Noah and his crew did another stunning job. Here are the updated after and before pictures from the second time I brought the Vette to them. Overall good job on the paint job. Not perfect but for the money, it was a good job. It was a partial paint job of a roof and hood, and the color was close, not perfect. There were some areas not fully covered, but overall it was pretty decent. Owner is a nice guy. I had to wait for 3 hours after driving to the appt but it goes with the territory. Took my '98 Tacoma to Noah two weeks ago and picked it up today, I am still in shock how detailed, great of a job, and easy to talk to Noah it was during this time! I live in Oceanside,Ca and had a lot of fear in taking my truck down the border but it was by far the best choice. Noah always texted, sent pictures of progress, even Video called me about the progress. My family and I made it a trip down in Rosarito when we went down there to drop it off and pick up. My truck had really bad rust to the point of water going in from the top, the frame was messed up from a a previous accident, the front bumper was no good, front windshield had 2-3 cracks, and I can go on. This is my second review for these guys. Again, top notch quality and service. The first time I used them, it was for my Nissan truck. This time I took my 2003 500SL Mercedes. Granted, it's a 20 year old car, but someone paid $90k for this car back in the day and I wanted to make it look like new again. They matched the red metallic paint beautifully. OBS is a great resource because now I don't worry about my car getting scratched or dinged because I know I can always go back and have it handled at a great price. Yes, it's a time consuming trip from L.A. to Mexico, and that's not for everyone. But I have really good friends who live in San Diego, so I just combined the car stuff with visiting them. Oh, funny side note, my car looked so good driving back through the border, I was subjected to a really intense corder check. The agents really tore into everything. I'm thinking it's because my car looked so amazing that they thought I was a drug dealer. Lol. Now I have Global Entry so hopefully that silliness will never happen again. read more
