I sent an online inquiry yesterday and received a phone call and appointment within 20 minutes. The next day, (today), Francisco and Jorge arrived at my place on time and ready to work. They gave me a reasonable quote and began loading my items on their truck. (I have taken things to the landfill before and am acquainted with the pricing structure.) Not all YELP responses provided price quotes after I provided pics & description, *that's frustrating & why I never use 1-800-g@t-Xxxx. Castro Junk Removal DID provide a straightforward price quote. They weren't the cheapest, however they were able to meet same day junk haul, within an hour. Kumar is the one who I spoke with and is the one that arrived on-site, on-time with his truck & trailer. Kumar was friendly & efficient, upon arrival he did a quick visual of the items for pick up. He confirmed the price they quoted and went straight to work collecting all the items. *PAYMENT NOTE: I'm not positive, but I believe they only take Venmo, Zelle or CASH. I don't have Venmo or Zelle & Kumar couldn't take my Visa CC for payment, luckily, I had cash. Overall a very good custom experience - I'd consider Kumar & Castro Junk Removal again in the future.
