Tough to get old. However, I mainly have seen John Taylor and on occasion Martha. Not only did he keep me out of surgery. Even had a date for surgery 4 years ago, which the surgeon himself cancelled saying he couldn't guarantee I would walk that good after the surgery. You did good, John! After a quick Google search, I was lucky enough to find a spot open that week with Tieko Massage. Upon arriving, Tieko was very welcoming and I instantly felt relaxed. I had reserved a 90 minute deep tissue massage with a cupping add-on and let me tell you, once I was on the warm massage table, I was transported to another world. The experience started with warm mitts for hands, feet, and a warm cushion for under my neck. This little detail is something often missing with most massages or considered an add-on so it was a pleasant surprise that helped me to relax more quickly. I have a desk job so I keep a lot of tension in my back and neck area so most of the massage and cupping was focused on those areas, but not so much that the other body areas were neglected. She was intuitive and attentive to pressure - noticing where my body needed more attention which allowed me to decompress and not continually guide her in the massage.
