The clinical and office staff at Physical Therapy Solutions never failed to impress me. I was treated by all of the PTs on staff at one point or another, for an ankle injury and plantar fasciitis. Each of them exhibited unrivaled professionalism, compassion and friendliness. They used several forms of treatment on me, including massage, ultrasound therapy and strengthening exercises. I found this multi-modal treatment very effective, and still use the exercises to maintain my injury over a year later. I agree with the other reviewer that Deborah and Dave are excellent office staff. Deborah always worked with my busy schedule to find times for my appointments. Both Deborah and Dave were amicable and contributed to a pleasant environment. This physical therapy office is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. Kristin had been my therapist prior to my hip replacement, in preparation for surgery. She has a wealth of knowledge, I tell my friends there isn't one question that goes unanswered. And yes, as a previous reviewer wrote, she and her staff keep it light with their wit and humor. I could not have hoped for a more professional diagnostic consultation and therapy plan from Dr. Kristin Terkelsen. She and her staff are very personable and attentive to questions and concerns, making the environment for therapy sessions friendly and relaxing. With minor modifications to activities as instructed by Dr. Terkelsen, I did not need to curtail my active lifestyle and was relieved to return to full mobility and range of motion.
