We finally reached a girl about a week and a half ago who seemed generally confused about what she was doing, although I did confirm that she had the info I was looking for and I asked that she fax it to me. She never sent the info we needed. We began calling again. After another week and a half of calling a man finally answered today and screamed into the phone, "Stop calling, I'm not someone you want to talk to!" then disconnected the call before I could say anything. I was in shock and awe. Thinking I may have misdialed, I checked to make sure I had the right number and carefully dialed again. A woman answered this time (clearly with an American accent). She attempted to fake a Spanish accent and pretended she couldn't speak English. I told her I did not appreciate how unprofessional they were behaving. She laughed, said "adios" and disconnected the call. I have never gone out of my way to write a review on anyone. In fact, I had to create this account just to write the review.
