There was about a month where I was struggling to complete a few online questionnaires they had, due to being a single parent and working full-time, And also because the questions were vague, and I would've preferred to fill them out in person since I didn't understand the terminology. Once that was done, I received the electronic paperwork to start signing a contract for Tiffany Newman to be my attorney. I had some questions before signing a contract with an attorney (rightfully), and since that email the entire attorneys office has not responded to one email. At one point, I attached their reception, their personal assistant, and both attorneys email addresses to the final email, and still no one reached out to me. They wasted my time. It felt unprofessional for them to not respond, even if they chose not to represent me for some reason after all of that. The last email I received from them was April 22, and still as of August 20th I have never heard from them. I do not recommend that you use this Law firm/office. Now I have to start all over with a new attorney.

Throughout the entire process, he went to court only four times, and during those appearances he said little to nothing--mostly just telling me not to speak to the judge myself. At no point did he advocate for me or make any meaningful effort to help my case. I fulfilled every requirement expected of me, yet he failed to ensure that critical steps were taken, such as making sure I received a service plan. I actually had to request it myself, even though he was in the courtroom when it should have been addressed. I paid him $3,000 for representation, and later he charged me an additional $1,500--then sued me for that amount after providing minimal legal support. His lack of communication, effort, and professionalism left me feeling completely unrepresented and taken advantage of. Given his conduct, I am firmly considering filing a formal complaint with the Bar Association. In my opinion, Mr. Haff's actions fell far below the standard of care expected from an attorney, and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him for family law matters.
