Then refused to put the fixtures back, leaving me without a working bathroom at all - which was working before they came. The lead guy named "Jake" was very smart mouthed and made comments about the neighborhood which if that was an issue, he should have never taken the job and my money. AND NOW I was told by other contractors that Roto Rooter pitched the toilet drain so high above the joists that the elbow has to be totally removed. Also, that the drain pipes for the bathroom sink is too low in one area and too high in another. Furthermore, that they left the kitchen drain pipe without a "trap". Roto Rooter promised to come back if there were issues, saying I needed to repair the joists first. Since then, I've had four professional structural engineers from various companies tell me they cannot repair the floors or re-install the fixtures because of the shoddy work Roto Rooter did. When I did call Roto Rooter and spoke to the manager "Frank" he said he would get back to me to make arrangements to come out to look at the work and then ghosted me - never coming out at all. Because of this and that they refused to honor their promise I am stuck with plumbing that I would have to hire another plumber to UN-DO / remove, after paying Roto Rooter in full to do this. I was advised to sue them by various contractors over this and am stuck! THEY WERE AND EPIC FAIL ON THIS JOB!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Had issues with our sewer line…read morebacking up for a while and had them put a few times to snake and clear the line. Was told multiple times it needed to be replaced because jetting wasn't an option. Fast forward to the most recent time we had them out to snake and this guy tells me it needs to be jetted actually. I tell him what I was told before and he assures me that I can in fact be jetted. I said I want to hold off so I make sure I have the extra $700 the jetting will cost. He comes back out a week later WHILE IM AT WORK and does it anyway. I am just sent an invoice. I did not approve of that work at all and then had a horrible experience trying to speak with anyone regarding the issue, none of them communicating to each other, and them threatening collections of I didn't pay.

The garage and ceilings in our home were damaged during a storm. I found ATI Restoration, Inc…read more through a series of referrals. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone who needs reconstruction, mold remediation, and water damage repairs. B was the rep who assessed the damages to the home. He arrived on time and explained what services ATI provided. He answered my questions patiently in laymen's terms. B spent a lot of time taking excellent, incredibly detailed photos of all the areas where there was damage. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. He sent the estimate a few days later and it was within a few dollars of the insurance company's assessment. B said the project manager would contact me to move ahead with the work. J, the project manager, was also prompt and pleasant and said he would return with the subcontractor for a walk through. I especially appreciate his sense of humor during this difficult process. It made an unpleasant situation much more tolerable. J and E (drywall and painting) returned and took a detailed look at the damages. They said it would be ~3 days to complete the work and could begin within the week. E and his colleague M arrived on time and got right to work. They put in full days of work. They moved the furniture and covered everything in the areas where they painted the ceilings. I could not find a drop of paint anywhere. There was mold in the ceiling of the garage, which necessitated replacing ~ 1/3 of the drywall. They swept the garage floor when they finished the job and cleaned up all the areas they worked. I am pleased with the quality of work from E and M. There was unused sheetrock in the garage and J made certain C, another ATI employee, removed it along with the damaged parts of the ceiling. I was equally pleased with C's quick response. Everyone who had a hand in repairing the house was hardworking, polite and conscientious, truly outstanding representatives of ATI Restoration. I would gladly contact them to take care of non-storm related projects. They take great pride in their work, something you cannot take for granted from every contractor.

Sean came out and did a quote on short notice, and I was able to schedule it within a couple days. Matt and Abelardo did an excellent job trimming my pines and spruce trees, and allowed me to expand the scope of the project on the fly. The result was exactly what I wanted and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any tree maintenance.

I was getting tired of every time a breeze came through I would have to spend hours picking up broken sticks. Over the winter a large branch fell off one and lodged itself about two feet in the ground. So, enough putting it off, time to have the trees removed. I reached out to a few companies for quotes, Clauser wasn't even on my radar until my neighbors had them do some work. I called and Steve came out, we walked the property and before he left I had a quote. The quote was significantly more affordable than my previous quotes. I actually called him a few days later just to clarify...could it really be this good? When the team came out, they did very good. I was expecting my yard to be torn up (as I mentioned just one branch falling over the winter caused serious damage). I could barely tell they had been there when they left. Aside from very minimal turf damage, they raked everything up. I have more trees that need to go, they're not an immediate danger right now but will be. When that time comes I won't even waste my time calling someone else. It will be Clauser.
