Talley put a warranty claim into Shaw for us and handled the warranty claim from beginning to end and today July 29, 2025 our new carpet was installed! The quote was free and surprisingly there was no trip charge either. Being a Saturday, they could not obtain a replacement for my faulty shower handle cartridge, but they did temorarily disable the cartridge until it could be replaced the following Monday. I had called another company out the previous day, but they left with the faulty cartridge still leaking. So I appreciated that Roto-Rooter made the extra effort to disable the cartridge. They finished the job the following Monday on time and efficiently. I will not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.
