If you are assigned Rich as your project manager immediately request someone else. Rich has no knowledge of construction and takes all of his subcontractors at their word without verifying the work was done for himself. We hired Korrect to finish out a bathroom remodel that went wrong. We simply needed them to finish sealing some areas, properly align some cabinets, install carpet, etc. Rich talked us into demolishing the entire bathroom by going on and on about this amazing designer he knows who would remodel our entire bathroom with a design we would love. This was going to be a $300,000+ bathroom remodel and we put down a $130,000 deposit with Korrect to get the work started. They got started on the demo of the existing bathroom right away. It was after this that we learned that the amazing designer, who is Rich's daughter, is actually a junior designer at a design firm here in Dallas. She's never done any design work herself and yet Rich, whose sole job is to select and use reputable subcontractors, decided this was appropriate for our remodel. Additionally, we came to learn that she was under a binding non-compete with her existing employer and was expressly prohibited from engaging in outside work. We have learned that Rich's daughter has since been fired from her junior designer position for violation of her non-compete. Rich's daughter never produced any actual designs for us, despite the fact that Korrect is demanding we pay for the designer fee. We learned through emails with one of Korrect's owners, Kullen, that they had actually already paid Rich's daughter in full and Kullen specficially wrote that, "he cannot lose money" on this and expects us to pay that cost despite the clear failing on the part of Korrect to vet their subcontractors. Demolishing the existing bathroom was supposed to take 4-6 days, however after three MONTHS this was still not finished (to say nothing of getting started on the ACTUAL work). We finally met with Kullen and told him that we would pay for the work that was done ($17,000) but that we would not pay for the design fee because no design work was actually provided to us and that we would like the rest of our deposit back. Kullen refused our offer in emails where he, again, stated that Korrect cannot lose money on this job and is now holding our deposit hostage claiming he is entitled to keep it despite not having done any actual work to earn it. Again, we were more than willing to pay for the work that Korrect did actually do (although not complete) to ensure their subcontractors were paid. We were simply requesting the rest of our deposit back for the work that was NEVER done. Kullen is as dishonest as they come in our opinion. Regardless of his words, his actions show us that he does not care about the ethics of business. We also had hired Korrect previously for other jobs around our property and their work was mediocre at best. One example, supposedly specialize in roof replacements and so they replaced our roof. The next major rainstorm showed us the quality of their work as our brand new roof was leaking in several places. That's just one example, however there are several more which will be brought to light in our lawsuit. Keep in mind that the only reason we're going to court with Korrect is because Kullen is trying to keep money that does not belong to him. He is a thief and, despite us spending two hours in our kitchen with him trying to work something out, has decided that we should bear the cost of his company's failings. So, if you do hire Korrect just know that they will talk a big game about doing the right thing, providing great quality work, and wanting to make sure their customers are satisfied... however, it's just that... all talk. The second there is a problem Kullen and Rich will do everything they can to keep your money regardless of whether or not they delivered on the work they promised.

Unfortunately, what unfolded was nothing less than a nightmare. I contracted them to install an 8-foot cedar fence, which initially looked stunning. However, it became clear that the contractor, Eric Sanders, had neglected to stain the fence as promised, leaving it vulnerable to the elements. Additionally, the gate was poorly constructed; instead of using appropriate gate latches, he opted for standard door latches that are not suitable for fencing, compromising both functionality and security. The issues only escalated when he began work on the interior of my home. He knocked down a wall as part of the remodel but did not follow through with his commitments afterward. While he managed to hang the kitchen cabinets, he completely disregarded my request for a walk-in pantry, instead installing an impractical corner pantry with shelves positioned well out of reach. He assured me he would address these concerns, but despite several follow-ups, he never delivered on that promise. We signed our contract in August 2023, with the expectation that my home would be finished by late November or early December. I paid him a substantial amount upfront, only for him to vanish entirely, taking my money and and my materials with him. like flooring and countertops--sitting in limbo. I had to purchase all of this material again. Toilets van. I hesitated to publish this review for a long time due to the emotional toll this situation has taken on me. He initially claimed he would provide a dumpster for construction debris, but no such service materialized, resulting in a large pile of trash cluttering my backyard. As costs mounted for me to rectify his failures and finish the job, I was still left with an incomplete project. To complicate matters further, Eric displayed an unpleasant demeanor, becoming rude and arrogant when I refused to provide him with additional funds until he completed the work satisfactorily. He abruptly abandoned the project, asserting that I would need to either pay more or compensate his workers directly. When I declined, he halted all work, leaving my home uninhabitable. I was forced to replace materials I had already paid for because he refused to return them, despite my owing him $1,800 for a poorly constructed porch that required immediate replacement due to safety concerns. In a threatening tone, he informed me that if I wrote this negative review, he would quickly place a lien on my house. My main priority was to make my home livable so I could finally move in. To add to the seriousness of the situation, he claimed he would acquire the necessary permits from the city to perform the work, but he never actually submitted any requests. This negligence led to a catastrophic situation in my kitchen, where I discovered that everything was wired to a single, inadequate 15 amp wire. I had to hire a licensed electrician to rewire my home to pass inspection for the electrical work, incurring further unexpected expenses. In summary, my experience has been incredibly frustrating, costly, and stressful. I emphasize this strongly: do not place your trust in this company. Eric Sanders is not a contractor you can rely on; he has scammed me out of a significant amount of money and left me without the necessary materials to complete the job he abandoned. BEWARE.

DELAYS, FALSE REPRENSENTATIONON, AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! NOT RECOMMENDATED!!! In July 2025, we…read moreadvertised a construction job on Yelp to enclose our existing back porch with two walls of windows from floor to ceiling and an eight' sliding glass door. In essence, we wanted it to turn it into a modern-looking sunroom. They were confident they could build it, so we contracted with them to do it as soon as we had HOA approval and obtained a city building permit. They required 50% payment upfront so they could special-order the custom windows and door. After we obtained HOA approval, Mike Davis came to our house and said they can't build it per the contract drawing and tried to persuade us to accept something that had almost as much solid walls as windows, no transom windows, and no more floor to ceiling windows, but with material you could buy from almost any home improvement store. His reasoning was the transom windows would not fit even though he put them on the contract diagram we had all approved. Also, the proposed windows would be narrower and would not be floor to ceiling saying the city building code wouldn't allow it. He also said they could not get the color window frames we wanted, and the frames would be vinyl instead of aluminum as promised. Most of his excuses were found to be incorrect. It was not what we contracted for them to do. This upset us very much and we told his business partner this was probably breach of contract and we wanted our money back so we could hire a different contractor. After we rejected his cheap imitation of what we wanted, we found out his business applied for a building permit with his new drawing, not the contract drawing, and not what the HOA had approved and without our approval. Afterwards, and months of negotiations, they hired a SUBcontractor to do the job. A design with floor to ceiling windows with a large eight' sliding glass door. After many delays, in mid November 2025, the subcontractor installed the sliding glass door and windows. Everything was acceptable except for the screen doors that didn't fit well and had a hole rubbed in the screen. The SUBcontractor said he would have the manufacturer replace the screen doors and would return and install them within 2 weeks. Razcomm was paid in full the following day. In the meantime, it rained and water flooded into the house under the window frame. This was reported to Jason, the business partner, to relay to the subcontractor to fix. The subcontractor never returned to do anything. According to Jason, the subcontractor would not respond to his texts. Finally, after months of requesting every other week for someone to fix the leak and the screens, Mike came and put caulk under the frame to stop it from leaking. He said he would fix the hole in the screen but never returned. He and Jason were blaming everything on subcontractor, but our contract is with Razcomm--not the subcontractor. As of today, their website on google could not be reached and neither Mike nor his business partner answer texts or email from us.

They hit a gas line in our house, we have photos of their roofing nail in the line, that was leaking for 3 months. Because of that, we had to have our gas shutoff for a week while our plumber fixed the line. Because of that, we found out they did not even get a permit for our project, so when an inspector came by to clear us to have our gas turned back on, he noticed they also did not re-connect our B-vent in the attic, meaning in a few weeks when our heater kicked on, my entire family and our pets would have been dead from CO2 poisoning. Now it's been 15 months after their install and we have a roof leak due to poor quality roof removal and poor install. We have pictures where one of the bracket hooks is poking out of a shingle, right about our damaged ceiling. A problem they are also being horrible about fixing. In one part of the email where they told me they will not help us fix it. They mentioned that because of "severe weather" their warranty is voided. We had heavy rains, not severe thunderstorms, not hail, not heavy winds, just a lot of rain. This company's roof cannot even withstand RAIN 15 months down the line. Use literally any other company!!!

Then a few days ago after the massive rainstorm in the Dallas area, some water got through. I called Brook and it turned out to be a simple fix on the way the gutters were configured. His top man Humberto modified the gutter, added some flashing and looked over the rest of the roof, doing minor touchup repairs on shingles and vent boots. Humberto also helped me install some VentGuards that I never got around to doing until today. All taken care of so fast with one phone call, at no charge. These days you're lucky to find companies like this, run by people who really care. This review is 100% not solicited.
