As soon as you walk in, the bakery is on the right, and everything there is massive. Think cookies and pastries that are basically double the normal size but not price! But the real magic happens on the left side, in the cheese shop. They've got jams, pickled goodies, and what feels like hundreds of different cheeses. We grabbed some of their famous fresh cheese curds (so good!) along with a few other cheeses from the fridge. Pro tip: check out the discount section towards the left fridge at the back --25% off cheeses that are still good until 2026? They even have free samples in the back, which made it extra fun to explore. Such a perfect little road trip stop.

The shop has a fantastic selection of flavored gouda cheeses, locally made by a Dutch lady. We'll definitely stock up before making the trek back South. I'll get more pictures then too. I'll be honest, I was a little unsure about what we were going to come across when we pulled off the highway into this town, but I'm so glad we stopped into Le Coulee.
