I was pretty amazed at my experience tonight! I scheduled an online appt at 4:15 last minute for a stubborn pimple due to an upcoming party this weekend. Everyone was very gracious about my last minute appointment and they fit me in. Dr Egezi (sp?) was super nice and very kind. She treated me so efficiently. I was shocked that it all went so smoothly for a list minute spot! I really want to establish regular care at a dermatologist, and I would definitely choose this one! read more

I have been a consistent patient of Dr. Agesi for approximately three years, visiting the office every 5-6 weeks, with today intended to be my final appointment. Prior to receiving certain medications, patients are required to pay in advance, which I understood and complied with. I paid $400 six weeks ago in preparation for today's appointment. As usual, I received both a confirmation call and text message the day before confirming my attendance. Today, I arrived, checked in, and sat in the waiting room for approximately 50 minutes before finally being called to the back and informed that my medication was unavailable and would not arrive until next week. What is most disappointing is not simply the inconvenience, but the lack of consideration and communication shown to me as a long-term patient. Had someone informed me within the first 15-20 minutes that the medication was unavailable, I would have understood and shown grace. Instead, I was left waiting nearly an hour with no transparency and ultimately no service rendered. I spoke with the office manager, Dr. Agesi's husband, who was apologetic, and I appreciate that. However, after being a loyal out-of-pocket paying patient for three years -- especially since my insurance is not accepted -- this experience made me feel as though my time, commitment, and loyalty meant very little. While I cannot confirm what happened, it honestly felt as though my medication may have been given to another patient. Regardless of the reason, the situation could and should have been handled with more professionalism and courtesy. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. read more

This is my experience, so I visited the office on February 20.2026, and the next available was April 3,2026. Did not get a notice, just a bill for a missed appt. Called the office 3 times left a message for "Prince" the office manager, he finally decides to call back after I left a message about the unprofessionalism over him not responding. He calls to inform me that although I updated my information on the tablet, because it was listed in the wrong area, I am responsible for the $50 missed appointment fee. Mind you no servicess were rendered, and he said it says the old number was listed as unavailable. He said that the service of calling to remind of the appointment is a courtesy, so if an error occurs or missed notification, it's the patients responsibility to remember 2 month prior scheduled appointments. I will make the $50 payment so that their system can stop harassing me, but they have loss me as a patient. Probably doesn't matter as I'm sure they will manage to take advantage of others the same as me, just to get extra money. First time, not your fault, doesn't matter pay them. After speaking with him, I'm sure this is normal practice; money over quality of service, or good moral values. I would definitely seek other methods of healthcare with practices that understand and truly care about the health and well being of their patients. Didn't even offer to reschedule an appt, just wanted $50 for not conducting services. free money, for not being educated on how the tablet works. Dr Agesi is wonderful, but some of her staff is horrible and straight money driven, instead of quality. Visit at your own risk, of missing your next appt by default. read more

Consider the negative reviews to be accurate, as they truly reflect how this place is run. The staff is incompetent, and the manager is no better. I went in for a minor surgery to remove a small cyst on my back. Before the procedure, the doctor and nurses measured the area and even provided the information to me, yet they never disclosed that the cost could change from the original quote--despite knowing the size of the incision. After the surgery, I confirmed with multiple staff members that the balance I paid on the spot would be my final payment, and they all assured me it was. Two weeks later, when I returned to have my stitches removed, I was told the price had been changed and I now owed more. This is a deceptive practice: they lure patients in with one quote, then increase the charges after the fact without warning. Even worse, the doctor performing the surgery seemed inexperienced and kept asking the nurse assistant how to proceed. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe throughout the process. Beware--go elsewhere. This clinic is unprofessional, misleading, and not to be trusted. read more

I'm a first-time patient that completed the pre-exam questionnaire in the online portal. I arrived 15 min early incase additional info was required and had to redo all the information I already did in the online portal on the tablet provided by the receptionist. Dr. Adaeze Egesi medical care was professional, but the scheduling is a disaster. She stated her long wait time is due to being understaffed; however, if she would not overbook her wait times would be more acceptable. I waited over an hour in the lobby, followed by another 27 minutes sitting in the exam room. Nearly 90 minutes of waiting is unacceptable for a routine appointment. Dr. Adaeze Egesi spent less than 20 mins in the exam room with me to address my concerns. I read a review that each concern brought up in the appointment would result in an additional copay for each and this was true for me. While the dermatologist is knowledgeable, their complete disregard for patients' time makes it hard to recommend this office. If you visit, clear your entire afternoon for it. read more

My PCP recommended to go to a dermatologist due to some issues that I was bringing up with her. I went on Google to try to find one as I have never been one before. The ease of making an appointment online was amazing since my work schedule is not the normal 9 to 5. I have seen Hayden Orgeron the nurse practitioner twice now. And will continue to see her as long as she is at this practice. She explains thing thoroughly and listens to whatwvey concerns you may have. The front office for the most part is very friendly and helpful. read more

Dr Egesi is warm, and above all a skin expert. She takes her time to listen and then provide recommendations. Desy, the esthetician is always friendly and professional. Nice office and staff, easy to get to, and plenty of parking spaces. read more

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SCHEDULING. We had an appointment at 4:15...clinic is packed to the brim, mind you, you clearly see there is only one doctor and one nurse in the clinic on the website, so why would they ALLOW you to schedule an appointment knowing they don't have the capacity or staffing to do so? Well anybody with knowledge knows it's a money grab at that point, cram everybody in, make you pay the copay when you check-in, and then make you wait until only God knows when to see you...also, I am writing this and it is currently 5:07pm and still haven't been seen yet. This is the worst clinic and I would not recommend to anybody who values their time and money. Go somewhere else, seriously. 5:10pm, still not seen yet. Terrible. read more

The Doctors are all nice but the staff always seem grumpy. When I checked in the receptionist did not say a word to me she just stared at me waiting for me to talk. I said "I'm checking in" she continued staring without a word so I said my name and she finally responded. I'm in the waiting room for over an hour now at this point - the administration of this practice is not well-run. They told me the evening before my appointment my insurance referral had expired, leaving me no time to obtain a new one. I'm paying out of pocket for this visit but they have booked up each time slot with so many patients, my son and I are just waiting waiting waiting. They scheduled his appointment at 830 and I received a confirmation, but when we arrived they said 945. The doctor herself is great but this is not a well-run business, so I will be going back to my old dermatologist after this. EDIT: I ended up having to request refunds and leave; they were NOT calling us back, just kept saying "it will be soon." I'm writing this at 10:10 AM for an appointment that was at 8:30 AM. Yes, it's fall and if you're smart like I think you are because you are reading this review you are concerned about your skin no matter the season. As we all should be! Go tell your friends! Friends don't let friends have scars, pimples, and sagging baggage! I have been on the hunt for a Dermatologist of color, and a woman on top of that. One that could at least sympathize with my struggles. It took a long time. I'm picky. I mean, I think when it comes to my largest organ I have the right to be. I've been through a lot and didn't have a the right influence or information at times. Anyway, this location may throw you off at first because the building is going through some remodeling on the lower levels. But when you get to her floor and walk into her suite you will be pleased. Dr. Egesi LISTENS. Now, that word seems simple enough. But the task itself is not apparently. She is kind, her staff is diligent and effective not just efficient. And they are friendly. Not that fake smily type situation either. Just genuine care vibes live here. Oh and I totally love her Esthetician. Book to your hearts content! Ok... I was feeling really irritated with this office.... However, the bright side of going here is dealing with the PA/nurse practitioner??? Not sure of her name, but she is DELIGHTFUL to deal with. I'm almost tempted to keep going here if I could only see her on visits. However... I will most likely find a different dermatologist altogether. This office is just so annoying b/c they run SO LATE with appointments every single time. Ughhhh. Seriously - you need to block out at least half a day to do business with these ppl. It's so frustrating. It's like they have NO RESPECT for your time at all. Also - they just seem so money grubbing. They ask for $100 bucks the minute you walk in. Long wait. Ugly, unprofessional staff. The "manager" declined me SERVICE based on my not agreeing to the telemedicine form, which I was not even having or needing! Also this office is not aware that to refuse service based on signing the HIPPA forms is not lawful. Needless to say I happily walked. I am not used to this type of low life service! How often do you frequent the same business and consistently receive superior service (but you never say anything) This happens far too much especially with small local businesses. I realized I was guilty of that myself, so today's the day that changes. Here's 5 Star review for a well deserving dermatologist practice. Several of my friends referred me here on different occasions. I initially made an appointment for my son (18) and while there they had an opening so I was able to be seen for myself ( adult acne) yeah we all get it. After our visit I made one for my daughter (16). That being said, we are a family of 3 with different skin types and concerns. Each of us had an consultation and given separate regimes. After a few visits each, we have each had favorable outcomes. My daughter needs to change her treatment but before coming to that place other alternatives were explored. I appreciated the thorough assessment for her. Myself and my son have seen drastic changes for the betterment of our skin. I am closer to not needing foundation daily than I have even been. I have been to 4 other dermatologist over the years and have not seen these results. This review is not solely based on outcomes. It is a combination of things. From the ease of making appointments, the professional staff (genuinely friendly) I think they are smiling because I can see their cheekbones go up behind the masks. The med spa services, consultations, virtual office visits, the monthly emails about services that are on sale, going live on Instagram to show you procedures being done, safety protocols related to Covid and a very clean office , exam and procedure rooms. To top it off, Dr. Egesi has some of the most amazing bed side matters I've seen. She is very hospitable, patient, explains what she has determined is going on with your skin and is always cheerful. Before she completes her visit and walks out the door, she ensures she has answered all of your questions and recaps the plan. The list of services is extensive so you would need to visit the website to see them all. Next time I see my son ( away in college) I will post before and after pictures of him, his results were the most dramatic and it has restored his confidence, now he can't stay off of social media posting close ups of his handsome face. read more

Had my first visit ever to a dermatologist, and I have to say that I was very pleased with the staff,facility and Dr.Egesi. She was very thorough in explaining the small procedure I had after showing her a mole I had concern about.The numbing medication didn't hurt and I was comfortable throughout. Her staff was kind and knowledgeable. She also offers aesthetic procedures and right now has a fall special. I would definitely return if needed. read more

BE CAREFUL, THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS! I spent $385 all together to treat a common ringworm infection. Be careful! I got an itchy rash on my hands and it spread all over my body and face within 4 days, never had anything like this before, I was looking online and thought it might be a ringworm but I got scared and decided to look for a professional, Doctor looked at me and asked if I have any allergies, I said i HAD allergy for cats in the past and now I have a cat but I dont sneeze and Im fine, she said ITS DEFINITELY THE CAT, I said Im not sure because I never had reaction like this in my life, she didnt listen and gave me steroid tablets and cream for 2 weeks, also I had to re home the cat... The next two weeks I was itchy day and night, steroids didnt help, I came back to the clinic, THIS TIME DOCTOR EXAMINED MY SKIN under microscope (it took her 5 minutes) and said 'Yes its fungus' and all I was thinking why she didnt do it the first time!? I wrote email to the clinic asking for a refund for the first visit, my email was ignored, I called 2 times, no callback, I send another email, nothing. Finally after 1 week I got to speak with the manager. He said misdiagnosis happens all the time and its not a big deal and they dont have to refund me anything, I explained that I was not even examined properly AND was given steroid medication for no reason, he didnt care to help, at the end he said 'I dont want to talk to you anymore' and HUNG UP ON ME. I think this doesn't require further commentary. I have never been treated this way and I would never recommend anyone to go there, horrible staff, they dont care about people. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I went out o this doctor full of hope that she could diagnosis and treat a skin infection that I contracted. That hope was dashed the minute the doctor and her entourage entered the room. I was never asked to remove my clothes and given an exam gown. That is because the doctor NEVER EXAMINED me nor asked to see any infected area. I took it upon myself to lift my shirt and show her many I'd the areas, pull up my sleeves, and pull down my pants so she could see what I was dealing with. Then I had to be the one to suggest a culture!! She did give me 2 topicals and an oral med, all without a diagnosis. I did get a call that the results of the culture were "negative." That's it. Negative for what? And what is the diagnosis, I asked? A common skin condition was the answer. Sheesh! I wondered if she was a real doctor! I am on the search again for a good, thorough, interested-in-the patient dermatologist. Are they extinct? Do not use this clinic! read more

Highly recommend! Dr Egesi came in and addressed all my concerns pretty quickly. The staff are very nice and helpful. Wait for appointments is not long. Doctor listens to you and explains everything. Everyone seemed happy with their treatment in the waiting area. I love that everyone seems to understand my insurance and always explains everything financial before proceeding. Started me on a regimen that I was initially skeptical of but it is working like a charm! Completely satisfied with my treatment so far over the past few months. read more

Daughter had an appt today. I called to let them know I might be 15. Min late due to picking up son from school. The receptionist told me she could not do that. I asked what time they closed she did not answer me and just tells me they take their last patient at 430. I told her I didn't ask her that I asked what time they closed. She then gave a big sigh and put me on hold. She said she couldn't do that for me. She said they closed at 5. The receptionist was rude. I asked her about the sigh She made over the phone and that it sounded like She was getting aggravated with me. She did it again and said oh no that's not me. There was no need for her to do that. That was VERY unprofressional. She didn't want to work with me even though I was going to get there before they closed. And it was only going to take the Dr 5 min to see her. I will no longer be taking my daughter thanks to the unprofessionalism that I got from the receptionist. read more
