Scheduled an estimate appointment for 2 rooms I wanted painted. Staff who I spoke with on the…read morephone was professional and told me they would come to my house the next day at 1pm. The day the appointment was scheduled, I received a text from someone from the company asking if 1pm was still good to go and someone would be coming. I replied with "that's fine!" I then received a second text from the owner of the company asking if I would be at my home before they sent someone over. This was at 12:36. I replied with Yes. 1pm came and went. I texted the number tnat messaged me earlier and asked if someone was coming as I needed to leave my house at 2:15. No one ever replied or called me to reschedule or let me know if someone would be over or staff was running late etc. I found this entire situation unprofessional and a waste of my time. I will not be using this company anytime in the future.
