She came out to our home, surveyed the room and gave us great advice along with help in selecting the right carpet at the right price. This last project was the final stage of a complete basement remodel. I had concerns about the installers coming in right after the full renovation was complete, maybe nicking things up etc...I also was worried about them working around a refrigerator an ellipitical machine and stationary bike. My concerns were completely unfounded. They left everything in perfect condition, moved what they had to move and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks great!! We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend working with Allison and Molyneaux. We'll certainly work with them again.

I unfortunately do not recall the name of the gentleman that came out but he was fantastic and honest.  I appreciated that. My home had been used as a rental property and the last tenants destroyed many things, including the carpet. I used professional strength cleaner and a heavy duty scrubber over the course of several days. I purchased an ozonator and used it twice on the home - and that carpet was so awful, it had to be replaced.  Molyneaux's local rep came out and evaluated my needs. He was able to offer a realistically priced product that would suit my needs, which was fixing damage and prepping the home to sell.After receiving the quote, I was in a little sticker shock. I delayed making an decision and even tried cleaning that carpet one more time.  The gentleman personally called me to discuss my delay. After a few additional questions and decisions, the price was able to come down a bit and I signed the contract that day. We used the financing option and it worked out perfect for my situation.  I was pleased with the install time and the subcontractor sent to perform the work. And my home buyer commented at how nice the carpets looked!  Guess, you can't really get a better testimonial than that.

Great Service! Excellent Work!…read more I had a VCT floor that was not buffed or waxed in roughly 20 years. The old coat of wax, originally applied, was worn off and nonexistent. This VCT floor, in a maintenance office, was faded, stained and looked beat up and worn. I contacted Sam, the owner of Rhone Floor Maintenance, for stripping and waxing services on this floor. I was very pleased with previous work that Rhone had done on other floors in the Building. Sam was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the process, of what needed to be done to revive this floor. He stripped, scrubbed and applied multiply layers of wax on this floor making it look almost new. The best part about Rhone's work was his attention to detail. Sam was very meticulous, thoroughly cleaning all corners, wiping off the cove base and covering all to make sure there was no wax splashing on edge strips, cove base and built-in furniture. Sam Rhone Flooring did a great job for a great price!!! I will definitely call him back for future work or refer him to anyone needing floor work done. Our basement was a hodgepodge of three different floorings, one drop and one conventional ceiling,…read moreand two walls in the laundry area covered in plastic by a waterproofing company. Jason and his team renovated the whole basement by installing drywall, replacing the drop ceiling with a conventional ceiling and new lighting, and covering the entire floor with functional but attractive laminate. They went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in the design and satisfied with the results. In addition, they replaced our kitchen floor, which had some water damage, with beautiful ceramic tile to complement the existing quartz counters. This is the second major project Jason has done for us. He previously remodeled a bathroom for us, replacing all the fixtures and flooring, as well as installing a pocket door. We are very happy with all the work that was done and would highly recommend Building Buddies.
