She came out to our home, surveyed the room and gave us great advice along with help in selecting the right carpet at the right price. This last project was the final stage of a complete basement remodel. I had concerns about the installers coming in right after the full renovation was complete, maybe nicking things up etc...I also was worried about them working around a refrigerator an ellipitical machine and stationary bike. My concerns were completely unfounded. They left everything in perfect condition, moved what they had to move and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks great!! I unfortunately do not recall the name of the gentleman that came out but he was fantastic and honest.  I appreciated that. My home had been used as a rental property and the last tenants destroyed many things, including the carpet. I used professional strength cleaner and a heavy duty scrubber over the course of several days. I purchased an ozonator and used it twice on the home - and that carpet was so awful, it had to be replaced.  Molyneaux's local rep came out and evaluated my needs. He was able to offer a realistically priced product that would suit my needs, which was fixing damage and prepping the home to sell.After receiving the quote, I was in a little sticker shock. I delayed making an decision and even tried cleaning that carpet one more time.  The gentleman personally called me to discuss my delay. After a few additional questions and decisions, the price was able to come down a bit and I signed the contract that day. We used the financing option and it worked out perfect for my situation.  I was pleased with the install time and the subcontractor sent to perform the work. And my home buyer commented at how nice the carpets looked!  Guess, you can't really get a better testimonial than that.

We had problems from the beginning and this was an expensive five room and two hallway job. I…read morepicked out luxury vinyl flooring that I was assured would work in our home. A week before the job 75 cases of flooring were delivered to my home which had to acclimate. A field service man came out to spec the job and do moisture testing etc. He questioned with Rusmur if the floor would work as click and he was assured it could be clicked and glued. On the day of installation I was told by the installers that the click luxury vinyl flooring would not work and we had to pick other luxury vinyl flooring that was glue down only. This was after one room of carpet and padding was already removed and our house was in chaos from furniture moved into other rooms. I was originally told to expect three - four days for installation and management tells me on day 1 they had allotted 1 day for their efficient installers and that they had expected all items removed from the furniture in all the rooms. That couldn't happen! So Rusmur management found a similar product that matched in color to what I had selected and had a truck deliver the new flooring in the afternoon so the installers could continue prepping the floors they were working on. Was told it came from an air controlled warehouse and no need to acclimate. After the job was completed (day 4) the installers left and the truck finally came to pick up the incorrect 75 cases of flooring. Upon further inspection of the newly installed glued down flooring I noticed some of the tiles were not adhering to the floor and their was a noticeable dimple in one of the tiles right in the center of a hallway. During the installation the installers removed all of my quarter round molding along my baseboards to lay the flooring yet upon completion of the job I saw that they left areas of baseboard without laying quarter round i.e. in doorways and in front of forced air registers. I had my salesman come out to look at the issues and he took pictures and said someone would be calling in 2-3 days to schedule follow-up repair work. I gave them a full business week to contact me and no one has called. Rusmur is great at making a sale but they certainly fall short from verifying that the flooring selection will work, installation issues as described and poor follow-up after the fact. Quick to take your money though!

We hired Molyneaux to install manufactured hardwood on our first and second floor. They were…read moresupposed to have it installed while we were on our honeymoon. Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.
