It was beautiful, however when we got to the store it was all wrapped in plastic so I didn't really see it. They helped us load it, since my husband had hip surgery. They did drop the love seat as loading, so I am sure this is when it happened. I should have videoed the loading and looked it over real good before pulling out. I guess I am too trusting. Then when we got home before getting it off the trailer we noticed a cut in the leather on the love seat. I immediately called the store and then called or texted 50 times since then for a whole week just getting the run around. Today this was my last message from them; It appears this was done during or after you bought it It also appears to be done when unloading The only think I can do is request you return it but you won't get a full refund since it's something that happened after you had it in your possession Have you spoke to your homeowners insurance or auto insurance since it happened unloading it. I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional arrogant people!!!!!! It was not done on our end!!!! I tried to give them a review on fb, but how convenient there isn't one. I will never step foot in that store again !!!

I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck. We found one we liked and ordered it in a color that should have matched our living room. This was a very big investment for us. When the sofa arrived it was instantly clear that the color did not match what we meant to buy. Someone from the store drove out to our home, took one look, and said, "Oh. Ewww. I see the problem." But the color number matched what we had asked for. He took a bunch of photos and went back to the store. "The color doesn't look the same here as it does in your house. Our showroom lighting is extremely warm, and I think that could have been what caused the confusion. Let me see if there is anything we can do." A few days later we got a call. "The owners have been on the phone with the manufacturer, and it's settled: you can order a replacement so long as it's the same design with a different color." Oh, the relief! The men came out to take back the first one... and left us with a loaner sofa for the several months we'd have to wait! Totally unexpected, and tremendously helpful because our original sofa had been thrown away. The new one just arrived and it is more than acceptable. Great quality, perfect size, etc. The color is still notably cooler in our well lit house than at the showroom, but we accounted for that with this choice and it is fine. So I repeat: BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. They won't give away the shop or anything, buy you will be treated as an honored customer and not just another sale.
