Mark Hermiller my agent at humble has always went above and beyond with costumer service as well as making us stay up to date on what we need to do to always keep coverage and or claims to the minimum and the up0 and up. I personally never shop price, I just always felt that He was extremely fair but the service bar non was Absolutely Fine. I treat Mark as one of the Team calling Him a brother is an understatement. Not scard to tell you how it is even if it hurts your feelings lol. A real strait shooter. Anyone reading this review should just quit your old insurance company immediately and jump on with this guy. People say dont keep all your eggs in one basket but I disagree. Hess IN charge of everything to do with me personally and Proffetionaly. he will improve your quality of life I guarantee it. Mention my name and you will get the service you deserve. I have been a client of Humble & Davenport since the mid 90s and have always had successful projects in regards to insurance. Any certificate, binder or additional insured were always taken care of in a timely manor, even the 4:15 pm last minute requests on a Friday has gotten handled when needed. Bob, Deshonda and now Debra are the three I recall having attention to detail for my benefit. The few times one of those three weren't avaliable I was always helped in a professional and attentive manor by one of the staff. You get great customer service at Humble & Davenport and you definitely won't get told to just read your policy, they care more then that. read more

We had a horrible experience with our old insurance broker (i will leave the name out but they have a lizzard as there spokesman). We called Humble and Davenport as we were shopping around for new insurance. We spoke with Bob and finally we were treated like a real person and not a number. The rates they quoted us for our auto and home were more then reasonable and actually saved us money. They explained everything our insurance covered step by step and left nothing out. In responce to Solkey T's review our of our agency, We are very sorry to see this review Solkey, but you must remember that Humble and Davenport is not the insurance carrier. we don't adjust claims, we only send them to the carrier. From my review of the claim there was actually no damage to your property, There was only a sewage smell. We only deal with good companies and none of them would of covered this claim.
