Getting my money back was a long and frustrating process. It took over five weeks and seven phone calls before the refund was finally sent. I was only informed after continued follow-ups that a check had supposedly been mailed and "lost in the mail." The refund was eventually issued, but only after significant persistence on my part. I strongly recommend that customers closely monitor deposits and refunds and be prepared to follow up repeatedly if an issue arises.
