I was looking for someone to help get some special treats and flowers to my niece and her family and didn't want to use an online deliver I wanted it to be more personal. I called every grocery, bakery, big box store and could not get any help. Then I found Danielle, Debbi's daughter and she jumped right in and took care of my needs. Fran was polite and gracious and told me she could do it but it wouldn't arrive until late in the day, I was so happy she could do it. Not only that, she asked if there were any special items I wanted in the gift basket and went to three different stores looking for them!
