The clerks at the Federal District Court had to guide me on how to submit all my documentation. I was overwhelmed and felt hopeless. No attorney wanted to represent me at that level. I just wasn't a "good fit" said various attorneys about my case. Lucky for me, Mr. Troy Monge took me in as his client and helped guide me through the complex rules and procedures that make up the Social Security Administration (SSA). Mr. Monge is a straight shooter. He told me bluntly that Social Security Administration rules were quite different than the rules for the Department of Veterans Affairs and as such, being approved by an administrative law judge at the SSA hearing would be an uphill battle.
