We were staying in Laughlin NV for about a week, so we started calling mobile services, no one answered their phones and calls were not returned. On day 2 S.H.O.W. Mobile services was recommended to us by the RV park office. Our call was returned in 5 minutes and an appointment was set for that very afternoon!!! Phil Dyne, technician/owner was prompt and friendly. He explained his rates. Phil preformed a diagnostic test & found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Parts were ordered that very day. He personally went to pick them up. Upon return he had us running within an hour! He replaced our 12volt heating element and the circuit board. We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better.

As soon as you turn on the water pump, water sprays everywhere. Since they are closed on Sunday and Monday, we will not have access to any water for at least 3 days. Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability in the Service Department We scheduled an appointment a month in advance and dropped off our motorhome at 8:30 AM on the day of our appointment, specifically requesting a price quote before any work began. By 3:30 PM, we still hadn't received any updates, so we called--only to find out they hadn't even pulled it in to look at yet. My husband had to push hard and even go up there the next day just to get things moving. After speaking with the GM, we finally received pricing information in the afternoon of the second day. They assured us the work would be done by noon the following day. The most frustrating part? The actual work took less than a day. If they had honored our appointment, we wouldn't have been forced to spend extra money on an Airbnb while waiting. To top it off, when we picked it up, no one offered any apology or attempt to make things right. We really felt a lack of respect for our time and money.

Months later after the unit was sold the owner of Jims Outback gave the new owner of the RV my personal phone number. The new owner called me and wanted to know if it was ok if he could call if he had any future problems. It is never acceptable for a business to give a clients phone number out. It's no different than having a used car sold off of a lot. Any good business would not give out the previous owners phone number. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

Seniors beware I was very disappointed on the RV Medic crew that came and looked at my trailer…read more They charged me $200 to check a few fuses hit a solenoid with a rubber hammer and leave it wide open saying they'll be back. I was told that they would start looking for parts, but how would they know what parts need to be replaced if they have not been able to troubleshoot the problem I say call somebody else or take it to the dealership.

I had my muffler/manifold break and had all the parts, I just couldn't get the existing broken…read morebolts out. After trying or calling 9 other places, Sweet's was referred to me and he came out and actually looked at the problem, said give me a couple hours, and they removed the broken bolts in 8 minutes and didn't even charge me.
