Evan Watson helped me out by finding a time to install a new jack I purchased on my travel trailer because the electric one got seriously damaged. He worked with me on a very reasonable price and we also discovered that my seven pin cable was partly shredded and his technician fixed it for me at a very reasonable price also. Humphrey RV offers a program where they will buy your used RV. We sold our travel trailer to them last month. Our contact person was Jim Wagner, Purchasing Manager, who came to our house to inspect our trailer. He was very personable, knew what he was doing and gave us what we thought was a fair price. He presented us with a check when we signed over the title and he towed away the trailer. Overall, a very pleasant and easy transaction. Service to the Rescue! Dealt with Chad, General Manager & Vinnie, Service Manager. Forest River referred us to Humphreys RV after Bob Scott RV in Grand Junction failed to complete the promised & contracted work after the purchase of our 2023 Forest River in July 2022. The Humphreys team stepped up & got us in for evaluation right away & we have a plan in place for the repairs. Even as we continued to voice our appreciation to them & disappointment in Bob Scott, they never spoke an ill word, only verified they are getting quite a few of us. They were very helpful and attentive, then we signed the contract and they have been nothing but incompetent and down right RUDE! They sold a camper to my elderly parents sight unseen for emergency reasons. Then they deliver the camper and did NOT do the 2 hour walk thru, which they said was mandatory! I have had to figure it out on my own. Then the brand new trailer was having an A/C issue and instead of recognizing that they were elderly and not capable of getting the trailer to their service department in Montrose for a week. This is my parents only residence.... I am extremely disgusted with the way they have "helped" us! read more

I was speaking to Chad Kraig about my wants in a new RV...he sent me several links to check out of RVs they had in stock in both the GJ location and Montrose location. The one I was drawn to was in GJ, and we began working with Mark Vollrath. Mark showed us the original one Chad sent the link to but was willing to show us other ones, so we knew the other options...ultimately we went with the original one we went to see because Chad listened to what our needs were and knew what my truck could handle. We appreciate the patience Mark showed in answering our questions and figuring out what we wanted. It was definitely a no pressure experience with both Chad and Mark. I also appreciate the fact that Chad personally called me to walk me through why my truck would not be a good fit for the other RV we really liked and explained the insurance side of it. read more

Humphrey RV will tell you anything to sell you an RV or camper. I bought a new camper from them and during the buying experience, they said if there are any issues with the camper, they will put you ahead of the line to it get it fixed. I even got a friend to buy a camper from them as well. Anyway, on my second time out using the camper it seemed the fresh water tank had a leak, I called them, and they said to bring it in and it will take three weeks to fix due to them being backed up with RV and campers ahead of me. I mentioned that the sales lady told me I would be placed ahead of the line due to me buying from them. Well, this being true or not it will still take 3 weeks I was told. So, I made the appointment and dropped it off. I did not hear from them after two weeks so I called them, and the service lady said that they have been really busy, and I am 3rd in line and they will get to me next week. I just happened to be in town the following week and went in to see if they had looked at my camper, I was then told I was now five in line due to a new customer being serviced. I told the service lady that I was 3rd last week now I am 5th in line WTF. I told her this is not acceptable, but I don't think anyone there really gives a S$%T, so I told her to just give me back my camper and I took it home. So much for their promises to their customers I guess once the sale goes through you are nothing to them. I am really disappointed, and I promise this I will be telling everyone about my experience and how S$#Ty they treat their customers not working with them, just excuses. While on a 6 week trip in our Jayco, the propane tank pigtail hoses developed a leak. We called Humphrey RV as they were the closest dealer and they gave us an appointment early that afternoon.
