We have a 2002 Eagle Cap Truck Camper with original appliances. While traveling we noticed our 110 power was not working on our norcold fridge, while plugged into shoreline. We were staying in Laughlin NV for about a week, so we started calling mobile services, no one answered their phones and calls were not returned. On day 2 S.H.O.W. Mobile services was recommended to us by the RV park office. Our call was returned in 5 minutes and an appointment was set for that very afternoon!!! Phil Dyne, technician/owner was prompt and friendly. He explained his rates. Phil preformed a diagnostic test & found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Parts were ordered that very day. He personally went to pick them up. Upon return he had us running within an hour! He replaced our 12volt heating element and the circuit board.
