He completed the primary items I had for him in less than half his estimated time so I was happy to give him more tasks so he could work the 8 hours he expected to work for the $300. When I offered to give him more work, he became agitated and said "I did everything so pay me the 8 hours!" I told him I could give more tasks to take him to the 8 hrs but if he preferred to leave mid day, I would certainly pay him for his time $35/hr (not $60/hr) he became irate yelling "fu*k you" and pacing very quickly yelling (really loud) "forget it, don't pay me" as he was taking materials outside and coming back in really aggressively. I was shaking. I kept trying to calm him by telling him "of course I'm going to pay you" "please, what is wrong, you are scaring me" "I am really uncomfortable" He continued to yell and pace and at one point walked directly over to me and got in my face. I was terrified. All the time yelling at me and it just didn't make sense. I had my phone and dialed my husbands cell and put my phone face down on the table so he could hear. I was attempting to write his check but I was shaking so bad and I was distracted trying to calm him and just shocked that this was happening. Long story short, my husband raced home because he heard him yelling and carrying on. I was terrified. I did not feel safe. I paid him and when I handed him the check, he shouted "stop shaking!" When he left he said... "go ahead and write a review lady, no ones going to believe you." He left. I did call the cops because it was clear he was not stable. I was scared and I felt it important to share with you so you could make your own conclusions before hiring him etc. The video (watch till end) will give you an idea of his behavior.
