Only grocery around, but it had everything. Westport is the complete opposite of a gluten-free…read morefriendly town. Everywhere we've eaten fries and breads their seafood. Shop'n Kart has a HUGE gluten-free section. That was very reassuring that at least one business is concerned about that dietary restriction. They also had a very large beer & wine aisle. Surprising. Overall, the prices could have been marked up since they're the only grocery in town, but everything was very standard.

Yes the prices are above what they should be but remember it's the only store out there with that…read morebeing said this is the worst place I have ever worked. When I first started it was filthy out dated stuff everywhere the others seemed to think that was ok I've worked at other chains and never have I seen a place where I wish I left sooner then the drama I was pulled into there even when you had no idea what was going on The manager brings you into s*** that you have no business being in she avoids confrontation with employees to do the correct of action but anything that happens with her family you are pulled in automatically. The way things that are ran there the manager should be let go and somebody else needs to take over The owner needs to realize just because your friends you don't need to keep them. This is the worst hostile environment I have ever been in thank goodness I only wasted a year of my life. Sorry Alesha but it has to be put out there. Juanita has no respect for the customers or other coworkers. Other people like to spread rumors about thing that aren't even true. A manager whose husband also works in the deli department she tells him everything and he goes and tells everybody which is confidentiality even in a marriage. If they would all have a better attitude customers would be happier I went above and beyond for all of my customers.

I had to lower my review for this place. When you go through the dairy department and you start…read morepicking up items that have been expired for months. An example was the Tillamook cream cheese. It expired in January and here it is April. The more I began to look at things the more I found items were expired or close to their expiration date. I also have to mention that their prices have gone up a great deal in the store. It was a slap in the face to see how expensive items have gotten.

Welcome to a tourist town with one major grocery store. I lived in Ocean Shores for over 2 years. I…read morejoined the membership rewards and never really received any perks. I spent roughly $300 a week on groceries conservatively speaking. The pricing of the products are higher in the Summer and tourist season. This sucks for the locals but it is common with all businesses in Ocean Shores. I recommend shopping at Costco for your staples before going on vacation in Ocean Shores. It's not uncommon to pay almost $10 for a bag of chips. Just a warning. The service is a hit or miss depending on the time of day and season. The staff can get tired of tourists and not be as friendly. The selection is limited due to the remote location of Ocean Shores. This means if you are looking for special ethnic foods and vegetables, you maybe out of luck. Bring these items from home. I am SE Asian and the selection was lacking as far as fresh herbs and greens go. I was missing many sauces over the years for stir fry like sesame seed oil, hunan, and chili oil. I drove to Olympia for Jasmine rice purchased 100lbs at a time. The deli is pricey but there is only one McDonalds in town and no other fast food options. Most the restauarants are $20 or more per entree. Hence the deli fried chicken and warn foods will look less expensive. The JoJos friend chicken is popular along with the potatoes wedges.
