He scheduled the carpet cleaning that day, and when the day came, he (a) confirmed in advance; and (b) let me know when he was on his way. I got a new dog in quarantine, which is why I needed to get the carpets cleaned. Antonio was able to tell me why my dog was marking the carpet (natural fibers have an animal smell the dog was trying to mark over), and Antonio put a scotchguard/dog deterrent on the carpet at no additional cost. He was knowledgeable and shared some carpet care tips without being condescending. He had me check every room to make sure I was happy with the end result.
