Then they used water pressure to loosen all the built up dirt. They used fans to dry the floor then applied a sealer to the grout. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional service! My floors actually look clean for the first time. When I would clean the floors I would see dirt on my mop, but the floors still looked dirty. The cleaner was here 3.5 hours and did a hit and a miss. Whatever cleaner was used etched the paint on the two wood toilet seats, had to replace them after they left. The two plastic seats weren't damaged. The two wood seats were only a couple years old, and previously only wiped with a damp cloth. The etched paint was still wet, so I'm 100% certain it was whatever cleaner they used, probably the toilet bowl cleaner. Sink still had food residue in it Downstairs tub not cleaned at all, had sand in it Only 2 of the 3 counters in the kitchen wiped Neither table wiped, still had crumbs on them No garbage collected/taken out No nightstands, dressers, or any other flat surfaces dusted. Paid for window cleaning, web site says ladder with 2 steps ok. No ladder used, top 1/4 of 1st floor windows not cleaned. Laundry room floor not swept or mopped Laundry room counters/machines not wiped Hardwood floors vacuumed, including the hardwood in the kitchen, expected a swiffer wet or something more than vacuuming it. Runners not picked up for the vacuuming, still had dirt under them. Deep cleaning includes wiping cabinet fronts, cabinets still have food splatter on them. Deep cleaning says wiping baseboards, they were dusted, not wiped. Deep cleaning includes windows, door handles, and switches, none done. So, $140 an hour for cleaning 4 bathrooms, some vacuuming, partial window cleaning, and a hit and a miss everywhere else. My 16 year old son, which prefers to sleep most of the time, jokingly offered to do the same for $400.

Thought we would have to live with the horrible job but decided to call Mr Drywall to see what could be done to make it less noticeable. He was prompt, very honest and gave us an estimate that we considered more than fair. He promised us that he could make it look 95% better. He returned as scheduled with Shaun (his great assistant) and in two days they had sealed off the area, cut out the damaged ceiling, installed new drywall, textured the new ceiling to match the rest perfectly, matched the existing ceiling color, painted the area, and cleaned up every speck of dust. He and Shaun were amazing and deserve a 100 star review. He was wrong though, he did not make it look 95% better, he made it 100% better! We are beyond satisfied and pleased and would highly recommend Mr Drywall! He is THE BEST!

I originally left a 1-star review and was quickly contacted by Frank's partner, Robert L. He claimed my review was unfair because I didn't allow them a chance to fix the issues. Despite giving them a second chance, they failed again. I was left on read and to make matters worse, someone from their team texted me, calling me "beautiful," making me uncomfortable. Lack of Research and Initial Red Flags: I take responsibility for not researching this company thoroughly. The warning signs were there, and I should have trusted my instincts. I still don't know if they're licensed or insured since I couldn't find them on sunbiz.org. They ask for 50% upfront -- something other contractors later told me is a major red flag. Communication Issues: This company's communication is awful. Their excuses? "We're busy. We have many projects." A quick text takes seconds, especially after taking a large upfront payment. On day 2, they no-called, no-showed without notice, leaving us confused. My husband contacted Frank, who said he was at urgent care with his son due to asthma. I later learned from other upset clients that he used the same excuse with them. Emergencies happen, but failing to notify clients is unacceptable. No showing, and arriving later than promised is the norm for them. A late start is one thing; poor communication is another. During prep their workers moved our belongings without supervision, leading to broken items (magnets, knick-knacks, houseplants) and missing ones - our bathroom vent disappeared and was never reinstalled. We had to buy a new one. They never told us about the damage or missing items until we confronted them. Unprofessional & Suspicious Behavior: I came home to find an empty cookie wrapper from my pantry on the floor -- someone ate my food. Our garden hose, which they used vanished from my home. After my husband texted Frank, demanding its return, the hose reappeared the next day but no explanation why they took my property with them. They also used our step stool, left it covered in paint, and didn't clean it. Lack of Transparency: The contract lacked key details -- no start or end dates, not even an estimated timeline. We were verbally told to leave our home for 2 nights, I knew that wasn't enough time, but we ended up displaced for six days. That would have been fine if they provided updates so I could plan for my dog and job. Any attempt to get updates was met with vague, unhelpful responses. They promised to repair and fill holes per the contract, but that was NOT the case. Terrible Workmanship: I am embarrassed by the results. Multiple professionals told me it looks like a beginner's work. There was paint and debris on our $3,000 couch, on my father-in-law's guitar, on our living room TV, and on our walls throughout the house. The job looks rushed -- globs of knockdown texture, rough patches, and visible popcorn texture remain. Light fixtures were installed incorrectly, creating more work for us. Final Results: This experience was a nightmare -- broken items, poor workmanship, and unprofessional behavior. Learn from my mistake: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Drinks and black&milds were left outside my front door when they left, and 8 trash bags and 2 buckets sat in my yard for over 36 hours. He claimed to be there the last day out of "the kindness of his heart" when in reality it's because I had already paid. Not worth the money I paid, not worth the time I was displaced from my home, not worth the stress of missing work as an active duty military member because they couldn't keep up with their punctuality. I was told to let them know if there were any other issues but I rather handle it myself at this point than deal with them 1. Not answering the phone, 2. Not showing up on time, and 3. Not completing the job I hired them for. If you're looking for professionalism and quality, move around.

The repair involved removing and replacing damaged click-lock planks in the middle of the floor without tearing out the entire room, which takes a lot of patience and precision. They carefully disassembled sections of the flooring, repaired the damaged area, and reinstalled everything while keeping the surrounding floor intact. The work required attention to detail because of the locking system and the condition of the existing planks. The finished result looks much better, feels solid underfoot, and saved me from having to replace the entire floor. For the complexity of the repair, I felt the pricing was reasonable and the workmanship was good.

We called several bathroom remodelers and got the run around a lot, this one only did plastic surround installs, that one seemed sketchy, etc. we had reluctantly settled on one, but every time we called we had to play phone tag with the coordinator and he wouldn't leave messages with any details just "hi, this is ____, call me back". They were asking for several thousand dollars for the work, but we didn't have a warm fuzzy feeling about the product we were going to get. In frustration, five days before starting work with that company we called Pro Tile just to make sure we were getting a good price. Chris came out the same day, walked through our concerns and heard our vision for the lay out. We told him we had a quote and just wanted to see where we were at. He told us he would draft something up and have it back to us the following day. From our previous experience with the other companies we didn't expect him to come through quickly. We were wrong. Chris came through with a detailed quote in under 12 hours. We were so surprised by his attention to detail we immediately dropped the other company even though Pro Tile came in with a higher quote. When we reviewed the quote to get started there was a misunderstanding on my part (I thought Tile was included in the quote) and Chris made it right on the spot. Demolition of the old shower started the following week, and progressed at a steady rate until we had to wait for the custom glass to come in. There was a lull in work for a couple of weeks as we waited on the glass and total work time took about 5.5 weeks. Though out the process the workers had access to our house, which initially I was hesitant about but as I met the ProTile employees and sub-contractors I realized that Chris does his due diligence in hiring quality employees. Everyone who came to our house was very personable and professional. Chris was in touch with us through out the entire project and updated us daily. If we had any issues or concerns he addressed them within 24 hours. We are very happy with the final product. We cannot recommend Pro Tile & Marble enough.
