She has always been super patient and will go the extra mile to make sure you are treated correctly. Her office staff is so nice and always pleasant. We have followed her to three offices and even paid out of network when insurance changed. We will be patients of Rosemary's until she decides to be done with paperwork and retire. The only thing I think I love most about her is that she remembers everyone of us. I know she has to see a ton of different people and it doesn't matter if I haven't been in a year. She walks in that room and makes me feel like we are friends or even family. Oh and I've been there when she was busy, busy but she hasn't left me in a room for an hour like other doctors. I was told to go all day w/out eating til my appointment at 3:15 so they could do fasting blood work then when I get there awaiting the test it was never done. I enquired about it n she stated she didn't need it. Another occurrence was they had me scheduled for 3 appointments in one day. I get there n wait for several hours to discover that I didn't have any appointments. Even though they had wrote it down on paper for me n I had it in my hand. I highly recommend going somewhere else. If possible I would give them a negative star rating.
