Hunter is also a highly skilled and practiced negotiator on both sides of the real estate transaction. He is a creative thinker and works outside of the box when necessary, always operating to keep as much money in his clients' pockets as possible. He has numerous resources available to him including legal council should the need arise which is an added bonus. Hunter and Ashley are both experts at follow-up and execution and work hard to get others (lenders, other agents, title companies, etc) to do the same. As less experienced buyers/sellers, we also appreciated their patience with us, answering our countless questions. Additionally, their ability to handle difficult situations all while being compassionate and understanding are qualities that set them apart from other realtors. As an example, six days before we were set to close on the sale of our home, it was struck by lightning and all of the systems were fried. Hunter was extremely sympathetic and compassionate towards us and still remained even-keeled and focused during this high stress situation, and helped guide us through it and we successfully made it to closing only a few days late.
